+1 Would be dope to see this added giving a new refreshed outlook on mayor for the older and prestiged players 

This seems cool +1, would love to figure out a way to get a class like this on the server in some way or another   Steam Workshop::STAR WARS Emperor Palpatine Playermodel - Pretty small too at only 2.2mb    

Description: Add an "Emperor Palpatine" class to DarkRP. This would function identically to Mayor, except for having the "Lightning Strike" SWEP from the Flash Class. Definitely would be a Prestige Class, reasonably would be set at around Prestige 2 - 3 at Level 50-ish. For obvious reasons, the Mayor class could not be selectable while the Palpatine class is active.Reasoning: The Flash has been pretty underwhelming, but by far the funniest part (for me) is the Lightning Strike ability. Please let me (and others ig) become the Senate. Also, I think it would be cool to finally have another option to do Mayor stuff as, besides just Dr. Breen. Combine Soldiers also look like Stormtroopers (maybe their skins could even be overridden to Stormtroopers while the Emperor class is active 👀).Additional Information: POWERRRR! UNLIMITED POWERRRR!!!!!!!

Neutral   My two cents is that while making different fishing spots would be nicer, I would prefer it so that they don't shuffle around. I do mind  having to move around as a fisherman, because it basically turns the class into pseudo-deliveryman.  I think the spots are a great idea, because obviously fishing in a base is OP - but I think it should be moreso that there are just zones where fishing is allowed and not just "ok you fished here twice, now go wander into Sewers." Realistically, the ideal change would be "Fisherman can't base with printers."   While on  the topic, the change also kinda makes Sailor as a class functionally useless, because basing in the water on a "boat" has 0 point, if none of the fishing points are near where your base is. I don't agree with bringing Fisherman back to "full power" but I also think that having set fishing spots is silly.   ROFL at Candy (probably the most active alt printer farmer) -1ing this because he's worried about people being a "recluse for a few hours" though. You Garnet Gaming players are something else man.

I'm reading abusing the eco and money system being told to us by the same people who will load the server 60% up with alts to then idk abuse the money and eco system while I'm neutral on having to move around to fish I don't agree with people preaching money abuse while doing it themselves with alts.  Fisherman You may not perform illegal activities such as mugging or raiding. You may counter illegal activities. You may own money printers and a base. (Printers cannot be stored in your fishing hut; that is a separate entity) You are immune to lockdowns while you are within the map's beach and ocean areas. You may create a small hut for your fishing operation in direct vicinity of the water. (A shack, small structure, or boat)  Your fishing structure may not contain illegal items. You may not trap players in your structure. Also adding this in here because I don''t know why nobody has pointed this out until now. Number 3 not a single person who fisherman bases follows that rule of having a whole separate base for fishing and your printers if a person takes up the whole cave thats the hut they're fishing from that while also storing printers in those bases(huts).
