Alrighty!   I'll speak based on my experiences alone as well as experiences back then. Derpza hasn't shown to me he's a negative impact on the server. The original issue in his previous applications was his inactivity and his lack of interest to follow basic rules for the server as well as his priorities was more about goofing around and minging. He used to be a manager of the server, that's someone who's devoted time and has earned the responsibility of being a manager to begin with.   The activity piece I've seen him around a few times and his previous warn was 2 months ago. Now that he's back if he's willing to be consistent and represent the server properly (If accepted), I have no problem welcoming him back to the team 🙂   +1   Good luck!

For starters I was often one of a few staff members on when I got one as I was in Germany so I was 6 hours ahead of EST, this gave me a lot of time to take tickets and help players out. This experience gave me lots of insight and knowledge on how to help players in a fast and understandable way. It also gave me lots of experience being impartial and fair when dealing with situations that don't fall under a specific rule. When Merk and I were managers we often had issues with grey areas in the rules or how staff should be handling certain situations. As far as I have seen, baring certain exceptions like prop banning guidelines, there has not been too many changes in regards to staffing commands or punishments. When I was staff I believe I only had 1 or 2 reports against me, both of which were found to be in my favor. I bring this up as a way of showing my behavior as staff, in around a year and a few months of being staff I was only reported maybe twice. Also with those reports and handling them as manager gave me good experience on how to handle these, which is experience I would be able to share with newer staff who haven't had to deal with one yet.   I know a lot of players have had issues with me in the past, all that I can say about is that I apologize for any belligerence on my part. In the last few months of playing the server I have been trying my best to help new players when I can, and some newer staff members when the situation may arise. As well as doing my best to cultivate fun experiences for as many people as possible without it having to be at the expense of the general populace of the server. I have also been trying to get into every event when they happen so that I can interact with players who I might not otherwise see. I've also been doing my best to make good first impressions with lots of newer players, and rebuild the trust of older players.
