I also always bring no bias into any decision I ever make. I have been a mod on this server and I’ve been in the community for over 7 years and I’m pretty well known by older people of the community. I have dealt with many of things regarding conduct on the server and I’ve handled every decision thrown my way and admitted when I was wrong. I’m looking forward to reviving MRP as it’s something I have missed and want to help in this community to make sure everybody has a fun time and enjoys the time on our server. How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] Experience In my opinion, experience is the most important factor for anyone wanting to become a staff member over that roleplay community. This is because, the main role of a staff member is not to wait to punish somebody, or sit cloaked in the sky, or be sat in the logs waiting to immediately to prevent someone from rule breaking. The main role of a staff position over any community is to offer help and assistance to people. Without experience that can't be fulfilled, I feel like I'm a unique candidate as through my thousands of hours on MRP I've gone through every scenario whether its been meetings, missions, occupations, strongholds, training, drills, sim rooms. I've also been a player in every single type of branches there have been in MRP servers. This has allowed me to understand the ranking systems in full depth.  Personality Alongside experience, I think personality is also one of the key factors in finding a good staff member. As the server is relaunching, I believe that having a good personality as a staff member is key as the server doesn't have a developed community based yet. In practice, this means instead of being a really robotic staff member and following a strict punishment order, instead you guide and help the player. This is key to keep a community base playing the server. There is a few exceptions like obvious people who are trolling, however that is not the most common demographic of people who will be playing when the server is relaunching. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No What inspired you to apply for this position?: MilitaryRP was a good chunk of my teenage years growing up, I had a lot of good memories with a lot of people within it this has made me apply to the staff team as I want to help this server succeed in remaining as the current state of GMOD is just brainslop of russian servers botting, I know how important it is for a server to have a committed staff team, so with that I want to try and make a difference and see MilitaryRP return back to what it used to be.
