+1 into addition to this idea I think a way to see if a player is online or not will also help, also a cooldown around 2-3hrs per message to not allow spam. -

While I'd like a physical location to go to it'd also probably make more sense to have it as a menu like /unbox but /bulletin to view anything. -

+1 Really like this idea. I think it would create a lot more ways to actually sell your items, especially since everyone is on at different times.
