[minimum 2 paragraphs]:    Over the years, I have had the opportunity to experience this community from multiple angles. As a starting regular player, faction leader, former staff member, and someone whos taken the time to reflect and improve on prior behavior misconducts. That time gave me a stronger sense of how to support players / factions, maintain fairness, and contribute to the server’s environment.  My goal as a staff member is to bring consistency, maturity, leadership translatable skills, and fairness to the community.
