I've only had good experiences with you in game, you are fun to play with and try to make sure everyone is having a good time, your paragraphs could've used a little bit more, but the points you made in them were solid. It also seems like you have some good experience revolving around staffing
+1 Ive had the pleasure of being with CJ in Jund he is a really good guy who i’ve never had problems with in my faction rule wise or rp wise i think it would be smart to start him lower and see where he goes from there good paragraphs as well

How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]:
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to experience this community from multiple angles. As a starting regular player, faction leader, former staff member, and someone whos taken the time to reflect and improve on prior behavior misconducts. That time gave me a stronger sense of how to support players / factions, maintain fairness, and contribute to the server’s environment.
My goal as a staff member is to bring consistency, maturity, leadership translatable skills, and fairness to the community. I have learned to communicate respectfully, de-escalate sits, and approach players with patience and an equal footing. I plan to benefit more by being a reliable source for the player base and in continuation to the past, I will continue to support new players, keep a safe gaming environment, and ensure that rules are enforced consistently without any bias. I am ready to contribute again in a way that strengthens both players and staff.

What inspired you to apply for this position?: Share any ideas with the staffing team and watch the server grow again.
