I understand that you have no ill-will towards me, I've never had a negative experience with you prior to this which is why the whole thing was so frustrating for me. The whole idea around RDM is that it's random, and I'd hardly consider killing two mass RDMers (and probable hackers) after they spent at least an hour MRDMing the whole server, even after I had reported them. If they RDMed just me once and I followed them around killing them, I could understand your case, but that's not what happened here. The report against me was made expressly to stop me from getting clips of them either hacking or rdming, hence the dude's joking demeanor the whole sit (not even 15 minutes before his 2 week ban). I tried to ask you to look at his logs in reference to my logs, but you dismissed it and said "tf does that mean" and "the report is on you." Nothing on the server happens in a vacuum, and it's just kinda lazy to treat it that way. If you take the scripting seriously, why did you seemingly just drop the topic during the sit and give him 6 minute jailtime for MRDM (1x instance of RDM, reported by the guy actively mass RDMing the server, was apparently enough to get me warned though). Following standard protocol would've involved considering context- my former reports, my insistance that they're in a group, my explicit callout of their hacks, asking you to include their logs, etc. From my perspective I did what I could, was met with a weak response from my initial report, had no correspondence from you following my report, and now I'm being punished for killing people that were intentionally ruining the experience for everyone on the server without staff intervention (prior to Schyzo). The whole thing felt like you wanted to sweep it under the rug, and while I appreciate the sentiment of your reply, I still 100% disagree with the warn and would like it removed. -
I would like to apologize for not being more transparent with the evidence you had provided me, please be aware all evidence you sent and that I clipped was sent into the Staff Discord for review and none of it was ignored. The only reason you were warned is for the simple fact you RDMd someone that is all. Trust me that your concerns about scripts being used was taken VERY seriously. I hope this can shed some light on the situation for you as I had no ill will towards you and your warn was simply following protocol for any RDM report. - Astolfo -

I personally haven't had issues with you in game but the only times I've interacted with you was giving you my printers a couple times before I have gotten off so I'm not for sure on how you act in-game. I think you should work on getting a clean slate, seems like people have had negative interactions with you so maybe try to do better at interacting with people. If you start doing better in the community and on the staff app/reading the rules and such I might change my answer in the future.
