Why should we choose you over other applicants?: [minimum 2 paragraphs] First off I would like to say thank you for reading my staff application, although I don't have experience being a Garry's Mod staff member I do think I would still be a good one. Through my experiences as a minecraft staff member I have had to deal with people breaking rules. But I feel that minecraft and Garry's Mod might be a little different, I hope to strive to become the best staff member that I can be. In real life I am an Officer of my school's FFA chapter. As an officer I am expected to be a leader and as a leader I am expected to follow all of the same rules and enforce those without bias. A good leader is a good example to all of my peers. If I become a staff member all of my decisions will be based on evidence and reason within the servers guidelines. I hope to take these values into my possible staff experience. Another thing I have to mention, as a staff member i would have to set an example although my past Warns may show me in a bad light I want to explain them a little bit, my first and second warn were during my first bits on the server, due to that fact I cannot remember what happened to cause them. My most recent warn was due to not knowing to /advert the raid command, it is my fault for not reading about that but the majority of my Playtime before that was a gun dealer so I never needed to know the command. Following that I completely understand if the Warns warrant you not wanting me to be staff. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: None Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: None How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Im a senior in high school so hopefully a couple hours after school everyday, and a little bit longer. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: my other hobbies are working on my truck, hunting, fishing, 4-H and FFA (Future Farmers of America) Did you read the staff rules?:Huntero939 -
A 6 year gap in time between playing is too long if you have say 1000 hours I would think different but with only 300 hours its basically a restart at that point over half a decade is along time also please make sure you read the staff rules next time -1 -

-1 Failed to read staff rules and "Although I have haven't logged on into the server since 2019" is also a bit of a yikes, in my opinion, though everything else looks good I unfortunately cannot +1 or neutral this application for these reasons ^ -

With my prior knowledge of moderating on this server and maturity gained over the years I personally think I can help contribute to providing a safer gaming experience for those who choose to play on GarnetGaming. I have over 350 hours of playtime in the server with zero warnings or bans so it is safe to say I have an excellent understanding of the server rules and code of conduct. Though since 2018 I understand a lot has changed within the community and rules and I am willing to listen and learn so that I may assist in any way I can. Although I have haven't logged on into the server since 2019, I still believe GarnetGaming has placed itself as a core-memory in my time playing Garrys Mod as an experience and a community. One of my strengths is that I am a patient person and I don't really let things get to me, (ex: minging, trolls, etc). In the real life workplace and in in-game RP scenarios, professionalism always comes first. Another strength I believe I have is a lack of bias, I will always try to hear out both sides and come to a conclusion that is fair for both parties involved. A weakness that I see that may come in the way of moderating for the DarkRP server is that I am a father and work and family comes first. I may not be as active as the other applicants but in my free time I will log my time and involve myself within the community. To conclude my application and at the end of the day I want to contribute to letting other people experience the server as I did back in 2016-2018 not only as a DarkRP server but as a community to feel safe and have fun. The details of this consist of me not knowing KOS boundaries in the D-Block holding area and I did not give the person a 3 warning countdown before killing him. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes, I think it was about 2018 when I previously applied and was accepted?How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: During the weekdays after work and parenting I usually have the entire evening till midnight to play video games and relax.If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Outside of Garrys Mod my hobbies consist of riding and working bikes and occasionally going to track days. Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum] I think we should add a time based multiplier for standard points similar to how the XP multiplier works depending on how long you’ve been connected to the server. Right now, points are earned at a small rate no matter how long you play, but adding a multiplying system would reward active players who consistently play the server. For example, just like XP. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] This would benefit the server by giving players a stronger motivation to stay active and play for longer sessions instead of logging off due to slow point gain. Currently, only getting 6 points after playing for many minutes. A multiplier system would balance this out and make earning cosmetics more easier It also keeps players motivated to stay online which boosts server activity and helps build a more lively community.
