Granted, I was gone for the better part of the year so will need some catching up but it wont slow me down in the slightest. I have grown a very good reputation within the community and always was and will continue to do what is best for the player base. During my time as staff I helped develop the staff team and its structure to include leading and managing the Operator Division as well as spearheading its restructure. I wrote the test, both the paper and practical and trained the people below me to be proficient in its duties. I also helped frame the other divisions put in place and trained the leaders of the new positions we made.   Since my last time on the server I have matured, not to say I wasn't before hand but I had a lot of irl stuff happen to me that made me grow as a person. I have no doubt that I will satisfy any expectations that are put on me. I have always wanted to be staff to help out the new people as I was helped originally. I believe the best way to make the server have a healthy player base is to always look out for the new guy and to do what you cant to keep the new players coming back. There was a very bad culture around the toxic oldheads playing just because they had nothing better to do and they would torment the new players and make them leave. I would like to end this culture.
