The first part of what I plan on bringing is a teaching attitude. I will try to be one of the first people to meet and help find your way around the server, whether that being with rules or general server knowledge. I want to come bring a new sense of teaching atmosphere around the new people so we can have less of chickens running with their head chopped off type of new recruits. I want people to feel welcomed and heard on the server that I fell in love with back in 2021ish(I forgot when it was). Overall I want new people the be taught and well taught not just the training people rush through.   Second, I want to correct people who are in the wrong, and I dont mean that by straight bans/warns. I mean correcting people in a constructing way, I don't want people to come to the sever and their first thought would be "why is the server chaotic." I want to start anew and allow people to be corrected by showing them what they did wrong and allowing them to fix their mistake. In all fairness I do understand that stricter punishments are needed, and they will come when it calls for it. At the end of the day we are all humans and we make mistakes including myself I don't expect to be a perfect admin, but I will strive to be a great one. I want to help people thrive on this server by teaching them and by correcting them constructively when they're in the wrong.
