Added explicit mention of Joker to 'Raiding Classes'

i afk anywhere i feel like in the server not just spawn or a base thats pretty lame and i know other players that do the same, the majority of the time i personally get mugged is when im afk tabbed out or my eyes just arent on the game nearly 100% of the time ez 65k for nothing tell me it wont get abused when there are other high lvl players that do afk in the street the most logical thing would be a fraction of the amount if they are afk, it would make sense to get the full amount if they click no and you actually kill them   

+1 I like the idea of just being able to save your base to then someday paste it when you get VIP. However I do not believe this is a good suggestion at all, since all it requires is a few detected people to cause a very much so bad time with your acclaimed "spawnblocker.build" and others so forth.

I'm Just going to add this, the fraction of the player-count that is even prestige 5 and above is so small and minuscule, then to the extent of a prestige 10 or higher is so very small, these issues with 100k mugs really wont be an issue at all. On the other note, most of these here mugs would be for maybe 20k - 30k on avg with a normal consistently farming player, most of the other mugs will be on like level 10's-50's which gives you 1-5k. You're letting a very small minority of players affect a very good suggestion. I understand the concern for it but im sure a check of some sort can stop the waiting for afk to then mug. But lets also not forget, most players afk in spawn, dead, or in a base, meaning theyll be very hard to get even then. (and ill be honest correct me if I'm wrong i don't think there is an ACTIVE player above 9 rn) 

Everything you mentioned for exploits/abuse is something for nutter to look at and determine if something can be done to prevent that from happening. Obviously, this won't go far if he can't.    +1 good suggestion.
