(include any proof): Long time ago I was having issues with proggy and eventually leaded up to me crashing out and doing a whole lot. I do understand my ban was valid and know the consequences but I'm here to ask for 1 chance which I never got since then but other people did get that chance that also went with me for same thing. I'm willing to pay for chargeback it's like 15$ most i can dig deep enough prove it probably, but ill add more if y'all care that much still. I'm also sure I will spend money for more permas so you'd profit in long run. it's been long time I've changed and mature a lot and just want to print money and chill out with some people older people said they want me to come back as well so motivated me to ask and enjoy the game again. I'm sorry for what I did all these years ago, but I know people who comeback after chargeback and some of them were also known cheaters so I'm just asking for 1 more chance I can gift the money I owe and buy someone some stuff if that's cool to. you will not see me mess up or cause very little to no problems. I would say i served a valid amount of time to at least consider it and like I said ill re-up on the rules, so I don't cause any problem. Also, I feel like making a few appeals over time shows dedication that I would have for the server. -

Please note, bans will only be appealed if they are of a false nature, incorrect reasoning, and in some cases mishandling of sit/report/ban. -
Hello! You were banned for RDM+LTAP because you tried to kill the person who's banana you slipped on after dying with a hit on that person. This means you not only commited NLR by taking the hit and interacting with them, but also that you attempted to RDM them. Our logs do not show if you leave on purpose or by disconnect so I put your ban through. Unfortunately, ban evasion is a perma-bannable offense and since you clearly did exactly that I think this is out of my hands. Still; here's the clip that shows the interaction that resulted in your original ban entirely. Admittedly, the ban reason should be ARDM+LTAP. However, the end result would've still been a 2 day ban. edit: I should mention that you were reported and that is where the clip was provided to me. -

I got angry so I tried shooting him to death after I made a report for fail rp since he kept going into spawn when getting attacked. Then my internet went out for a couple minutes. I got back online rejoined, and It went out again so I got off. Later I tried to rejoin to see if I got banned and I did. I have spectrum and it always goes out in the morning or in the middle of the night. So i hopped on my alt account to make some money to give to my friend I showed the server to when he gets on but I got banned for evasion. Is there any possibility I could have the ban lowered to a month or 2 week ban, my friend is in the military and we are playing this game because his computer can run it unlike most games. I don't think he'll be able to play the server in a year. He will be active duty in the next 6 months. If not I understand, I did try evading my original ban.
