+1 I've had plenty of good interactions with you in game. And it seems that since you got banned once for mass propblock you've had a clean record. it also looks like you may have upped your paragraphs from what they were originally so I'd say you deserve a spot on the staff team. -

Neutral Personally havent seen you on the server yet so I don't have much to go off of besides your staff app which is slightly still lacking on the paragraphs side. If there could be a tiny bit more added about yourself and your benefits you bring to the server I'd consider swapping to a +1
