I even have my own Minecraft server that I runWhy should we choose you over other applicants?:  I believe I would be a strong addition to the staff team because I have experience from both sides of server management. I've been a staff member on several DarkRP servers, so I understand the importance of being fair, patient, and professional when handling reports and resolving conflicts. I also ran my own Garry's Mod server for about a year, which taught me the work that goes into managing a community, enforcing rules consistently, and keeping players engaged. In addition, I currently run my own Minecraft server, so I have continued experience managing players and maintaining a positive environment. What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy helping communities grow. My goal isn't just to punish rule breakers—it's to make the server a place where everyone can have fun. I believe in listening to both sides before making decisions, treating every player with respect regardless of rank or experience, and staying calm under pressure. I understand that staff members represent the server, so I strive to be approachable, mature, and consistent in every situation. Yeah it just seems to extend the bases so players will have more space but overall this is a idea that will make the server fresher
