Neutral did not read the staff rules. i would go back and read them carefully again. everything else looks good. my choice could change depending on if you read every line carefully in the staff rules and make changes as needed. EDIT: changes that needed to be made were made but too a few attempts. i’m gonna keep my opinion in the middle with this.
