I am unsure what part reads as Ai, I mean I ran it enough grammarlys spell check feature but I didn’t use generative ai to write anything. I can rewrite the portion that looks like ai if need be. edit: once I get home ima look between the pre grammarly and post grammarly versions to see if I can figure out why it’s getting flagged -

Furthermore, I believe that my mindset is more inclined towards logic and reasoning, which is beneficial when resolving disputes between two players. It is crucial that you weigh both sides of an argument and the evidence presented in order to come to a fair and just execution of punishments according to server rules, while also allowing members to learn from their mistakes to better enjoy the server. I bring with me past experience as a staff member on Icefuse and a few other servers over the many years I've played GMod. This experience is a helpful tool that has helped me learn the expectations, methods, and manner in which I should conduct myself while performing staff duties. However, this experience is from my past, and as such, I am sure there are many things that I will have to learn again, or things that I will inevitably have to reach out to those above me to get guidance and assistance with.
