Your pretty hostile with someone who maybe doesn't know what happened, instead of being hostile and immature about it. Simply explaining yourself and how you matured would of been the way to go, there was no need to act like the other person was dumb/stupid. -1 -

Do you even know why I was kicked off the staff team? How did I take my power for granted? I never abused any of my power. I was a great moderator just a stupid kid. The most abuse I ever did was phys gun abuse and I don’t even remember what I did to get punished for that. I was kicked off the staff team for words not actions. A decision I agree with. But there is no need to say I shouldn’t be staff because of past words and mistakes. -

-1 This is mainly based on the fact you had the chance to be a staff member and you blew it. You got removed from the staff team for doing stupid things, the power went to your head and it caught up to you so I dont see any reason to give you another chance.
