I am close with some of the staff but I figured I spend lots of time here so why not try to help out. Past experiences as staff: I have over 2000 hours on gmod so I have quite the history. I owned my own chain of servers that ran from TTT to DarkRP (called BlameGaming) and have been staff on countless servers (browntown and others). Also used to code for my own server and some others. Why should we choose you over other applicants? I think my previous experience in staff positions is probably my best trait. I have held about any position that can be held in a gmod server and I know the game very well, for that I believe I have the potential to move up to higher staff positions or even help with coding/addons. With my potential to contribute to the server in unique ways I think my experience is also very helpful when it comes to learning the way moderating is done here on Garnet as I can adjust well to your system of warnings and bans. I also have quite the experience teaching staff as on my old servers I used to require every trainee to learn through me, so if I was to be accepted, and if I'm lucky enough to move up the ranks, I believe I would be a great asset in training new mods and other staff. I also believe my personality is a big part as to why I should be chosen for staff. I am very outgoing and never too emotional. I don't hold grudges and I am pretty easy to get along with. I believe this is key as on a lot of servers and even recently on Garnet I have seen a lot of "players vs staff" to where the players don't like staff just because they believe they are mistreated or sort of bullied by them. I'd like to contribute to breaking apart this gap by making staff seem more connected with the players rather than a clique and I believe I have the skillset required to do so. One more reason why I think I should be taken over other applicants is I know what it takes to keep players on a server and keep them happy. As an ex owner I know the players who return and continually play on your server are not only the ones with the most playtime, but the most donations as well. This is why I dedicate my time to helping out the new people on the server whether that means basing with them and showing them the ropes or dropping them some money since they out of cash. The small things that keep these new players happy keep them coming back and I think that role of mine can only grow as I become more connected in Garnet. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? Of course, with 2000 hours I think it would be nearly impossible to not have any bans. I've been playing this game since the age of 15/16 so I went through the phases of just being an idiot and trolling, however it's been quite a long time since a ban. If I had to guess it would be over a year since my last ban other than the one I got when I was first on Garnet (which was revoked). If this is an issue we can discuss but I do still believe the ban was unwarranted. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: NA How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I work during the days, but I have plenty of spare time and I only play on this DarkRP server so pretty much anytime I am on, I will be on Garnet. I am a college athlete, but I don't want this to be considered an issue as I am a nightowl so during the school year I will be on in the afternoons/nights as practice is in the morning. Before I make a +1 or -1 on your application, I'd like you to make a few changes. Do /warnmenu and double check you only have the one warn. Show your exact playtime by /playtime (name). Fix the "Did you read the staff rules" as you left it blank.
