The bans wiped less than 3 years ago, this is a blatant lie; you got banned in 2017 for “Hacking/DDOS threat”

-1 The bans were valid, and Chase even provided the proof that they were. This really just seems like a pretty report Yui made on Chase due to some personal issue between the both of them. Graffiti was AFK I heard and all other staff were not available at that time. Chase was not in the wrong, and the fact that Yui was just sitting there recording and not saying anything is childish in my opinion.

Let me start off by saying, 14 bans Is a lot of bans, most of them are because of warn limit. The bans are not malicious in a sense and he deserves a 2nd chance. I 100% reccomend we put Loafy on the staff team, he cares about the community and I see him trying to help people (he helps them get started on the server and gives us a lot of valuable reports) I give him my +1 and wish him good luck

I’m doing this on my phone and at about 8 PM so if it’s pretty shit you know why. I also don’t intend for this to be a petty apology or know where to post it. I wanna start off by saying I’m sorry. I’m not trying to do what others have done by saying sorry and then just not changing, but I wanna apologize and really try to fix the problems I’ve made. I know when I joined this community I was overly sexual and creeped a lot of people out. I want to apologize to @Coyotee especially for being the victim of it. I know it isn’t a lot but I also wanna apologize to the following people. @Ethan and @SushiTrash. Ethan I’m sorry you put up with my erratic behavior even when I was on SSO. Sushi, I’m sorry for being a cunt to you and being passive aggressive. I do hope that we can be friends. I’m sorry to 2GA for ruining their reputation with my behavior and I’m sorry for being rude towards you all. After I left SSO I went to marines then army and I want to apologize to army officer @MattWatson. I was told you had tried to help me and I’m sorry I couldn't recognize it and fix my behavior. I also want to apologize for army dor causing unnecessary drama with other enlisted and officers, causing for my blacklist. After being kicked off army I went to marines and fucked up slightly less, but I still fucked up. I want to apologize to @{GG}otham for bothering him a lot and I want to apologize to @Trip for being a annoyance and bother. I am very sorry to you guys. You might not know what I did, but I do feel as if I personally attacked you in some way. If I have missed you, I’m terribly sorry. It’s pretty odd to make this out of the blue but I have taken an LOA to fix my behavior and become more mature. I don’t wish to be hated by this community and I also know that a simply apology won’t be a simple fix to a greater problem. But I’m willing to work hard to make it where I’m liked by this community, and I know a way to start is by accepting the mistakes and actions I’ve made and growing from them.

So I know some of my Froggies might hate me for doing this a bit earlier than expected but i am resigning from lead of PDSS and transferring leadership to Wingard. I am proud to say that my first SOC faction lead was for you guys. I feel like i’ve done everything I set out to do and I don't see the point in leading longer than is necessary as the biggest way I see factions improve is by having multiple leaders. I have thoroughly enjoyed being apart of this faction and leading it, it's been an amazing 6 months. I’ll still be joining the FM TS to help out wingard and chill with yall since your all like family to me. I feel i have created a faction that is both fun to be around and well skilled. Im sorry. 2017-11-27 - 20:25:46- this was because i exceed warn limit i was a new player and i didn't read the motd. 2017-11-29 - 15:47:47- this happened 2 days after the last i was still new and hadn't read the motd. 2018-06-10 - 02:16:22- i had stayed out of trouble for 7 months of playing until now. This happened at 2 am, i was goofing around with my stacker and had it set to 100 i then clicked on a pane of glass. Then an admin came to me and ended up banning me for a month. I can't really defend myself as i was just kinda being stupid. However, i would like to say i'm sorry as i had no clue the effects it would have on the server and the players. 2018-07-11 - 20:51:30- i don't remember this as it happened a year ago, I messed up. 2018-07-14 - 14:58:58- I don't remember the details but considering this was for ban limit this was clearly a spree of toxic behavior. 2018-07-17 - 22:16:07- i really don't remember this but considering its a ltap and rdm i know i was in the deep wrong. 2018-11-18 - 21:21:07- i actually remember this and it's why i quit garnet. I was building a base and i spawned 5 fences in a second, i do this so that i can drag them in place and avoid pressing q again. I got Brought into a sit and i explained but the admin didn't care and i got banned. I thought this was stupid so i stopped playing. After i had quit garnet the 4 months i was gone were filled with nonstop lawless rp. 2019-03-27 - 08:06:10- this ban is for afk with props i went downstairs to eat dinner and i was down for longer than i thought. at this point i quit garnet for a while and switched to lawless rp 2019-03-28 - 17:56:42- with a combination of old warns that should have been removed and me coming from lawless rp, i got banned for exceeding warn limit on 5 occasions including 2019-03-31 - 20:54:12, 2019-04-02 - 15:36:39, 2019-04-06 - 00:17:02, 2019-04-07 - 14:26:19, and 2019-04-12 - 15:37:10. I have since learned the rules again and have learned to behave myself again. I understand that I have 14 bans but from the bottom of my heart, I would like to say sorry, to everyone I have wronged on this server. ACCEPTED So Chase's bans are valid but he could have made a report for the bans since it did involve him and staff were online. Chase could have also taken the time down a bit, but when someone is doing that repeatedly, I can see why he did take that tone. Chase will be spoken to by me or a Manager regarding how to take a situation like that. @The King of Rohan @Jarold @Vernon @National Lock and move (and speak to Chase if you can)

For the players with only two screenshots, outside of my picture proof. Yui is technically reporting on a DIFFERENT players behalf. Keep in mind, I issued ZERO warns against Yui.

Before the first video, he was spawning in props and not listening to me when I told him to delete them. Before threatening to ban for NITRP is in my power, because before that, he was running infront of me and bodyblocking me from building my hobo hut. That was at 3am. As for the second video, Karon was the staff member taking the sit, and he dealed the warn. Yui was being a minge during both recordings, he just didn't show that part. Like I said, threatening a ban for NITRP isn't abuse. It's a tactic of coazing a player to listen to what I'm saying so they stop minging and take me seriously. This could've been resolved had Yui talked to me privately, but he took this straight to the forums without me knowing. Sorry for any inconvenience this ha caused you @Yui_ Also, I am always respectful to other players and I help new players out all the time, but if I am trying to build and you spawn props and don't delete them + afc AFK when I tell you to delete the props, I'm not going to ask please anymore. NITRP ban = 3 or more rules broken. FailRP for spawning props in my hut, intentionally going AFK. That's not role playing.

He knows the rules and lengths of punishments, a retrain isn't needed for him. However, he is in serious need of a talk, I can agree this behavior is not well for a staff member.

+1 You are a really nice person in game and I've personally not seen you do any bad things. Your last two bans were for being afk, that isn't something to be too weary about. It's been a long time since your last 'serious' ban. The only things that I grow alert of is your warns.

Loafy, you know I love you so let me make that clear before I say this... That is a LOT of bans. That never looks good no matter how long you have been on a server. I don't see this as excusable or something that should be allowed when applying for staff. HOWEVER, I know you pretty well personally and I know you have a personality fit for staff. You seem calm and collected, but I don't think I can +1 now. I'd rather see you go a bit longer from your previous ban before seeing you accepted for staff just to make sure you are away from your previous behaviors. -1 (for now)

-1 Not really fit for staff. Doesn't ever think hes wrong, acts childish, forgets the easiest rules and argues them, and doesn't really have the mentality for staff. Not to mention, he goes afk quite often, and in his own discord claimed he "was done with garry's mod". Not to mention he has lots of beef with members outside of his own private raiding group.

I have ben banned on the DarkRP server for about 3 years, I have ben dieing to get unnbanned. I have spent over 1000 hours on the server and over 100 dollars weapons i have-(Dlore,Double Barrel,Knife,Scar,Ares strike,glock,hyperbeast) like i said i have spent alot of money and i would really like to be unnbanned and i was wondering when the next ban wipe will be.
