During the summer of 2015 I was a senior admin for PresidentialRP Why should we choose you over other applicants? During my time as a gmod player starting in 2012 I have seen and done almost everything. I am old enough to handle every situation in a mature way and handle any sit I will be a part of. I can get along well with players as well as other staff members and through my experience I can help them learn while we play. If I become staff I will dedicate most of my hours on the server being on duty to help the server, only role player when there is an abundance of staff on. I will not only enforce the rules when they are being broken but also inform the player of the rules and consequences if they continue to break them. I will also try my best to help out new players and encourage them to stay with the server and give them tips on anything the need help with. As far as ranks go I understand that promotions come with hard work and time, with that being said I will never expect a promotion no matter how many hours of work I put in. Being an older teen I can also influence the younger staff to be more professional and make staffing not only more fun for them but to also make sits more productive. Having more on the staff team would be a great benefit due to my knowledge of the game and my past of being a child trying to crash servers and use hacks to get an advantage. I have seen all the techniques used to crash servers and have used almost every gmod cheat there is so I am very familiar dealing with that area of work. Lastly my fun attitude will be a joyful addition to the staff team here on garnet gaming and hopefully I am able to call myself a staff member in the near future. I have been banned on a couple servers here and there for RDM from a couple years ago when I was younger and messing around but not anything major. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: N/A How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I only have classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so whenever I am not studying or hanging out with my friends/family I can dedicate time to helping the server. 0 There are a lot of people that don't trust you but I believe your application is well written. The paragraphs are only "paragraph". You have a decent amount of playtime. I could care less if you minge when I'm considering you as a staff member. I trust that you can be responsible and minge on your own demise. You definitely need to list any warns you have using !warnmenu in-game. Overall, you should polish the application before I +1 you. This would help if you want other people to accept you as well.

It doesn't matter or not, in the end a rating is the person's preference. They're choosing if THEY want them on the staff team. But I understand why you'd say that. Probably the only thing i'm gonna say off topic for this app.

+1 This is a well enough looking staff application to be considered. You seem to have fixed your playtime question but your paragraphs only come out to one when you need two. You're at a big boy age to where you can be deemed as responsible enough to take out and handle your reports with dignity and respect for the community. I've met you in game and you have a good reputation with me so I trust that you can carry out your job as expected.

I feel if I was given the chance this time i could really help with reports and help the staff team take reports because i know the MOTD and rules very well and the mechanics of the game so helping new players is no problem to me with my past 3 years of gmod and 3k hours even tho i lack server hours because i use to main the server before map update and everything and had way more. I feel that I will still be just as good as people with 1000 hours. So if i was given staff i could just help with reports/ player issues and new players to help the server have a more active player base and leave players wanting to come back. But overall im a super patient cool person when you actually get to know me (people think im a big minge and get upset when in reality im joking and being silly goose) and could be a great staff member if accepted because i have a general good idea of the punishments from chat and past experience from other servers but with training and time i could be a great staff member.
