  1. Name: Spencer Current Active Ranks: Captain within the United States 75th Ranger Regiment Officer Experience: Held multiple officer positions in SSO, Vega, and Rangers. I have also lead SEALs. Notable Accomplishments: I have built a reputation in the community as a person that can lead confidently and build new players. Playtime: 3,000+ hours Desired Rank: Agent Current Rank in ISI (If Applicable): N/A What does the term professionalism mean to you?: To me, professionalism means conducting oneself in a manner that shows a high level of competence, integrity, and respect for others. It involves being accountable for one's actions, taking responsibility for one's mistakes, and constantly striving to improve oneself. Professionalism also means being reliable, punctual, and adhering to ethical standards. How do you hope to improve ISI?: Throughout my time on GarnetGaming MRP, many great players have taken me under their wing. They have coached me on how to improve in not just PvP, but how to run a faction. How to interact with enlisted to build them up and create a fun atmosphere. I would bring these skills I have learned over the years to ISI. There is a certain expectation that being a part of ISI has and I would do my best to help the faction maintain that expectation. Are you willing to completely commit to the Faction?: Yes What skills do you bring to the table?: One of my biggest skills is my knowledge of PvP on the server. My strength is long range combat (mainly sniping) but I can also do well in close quarter combat. While being an officer in multiple factions, I have learned how to teach players how to improve in PvP in a meaningful way. Another skill I have is being an effective leader. With my pervious experience, I am able to step up into a leadership position with ease and help build it up to a professional standard.
  2. Description: 1. Put smoke grenades on medic class and close quarter combat classes and make smoke grenades purchasable in the armory. A switch to Desert would warrant a need for more smoke grenades to be able to push objectives effectively due to the lack of cover between objectives. Due to how open Desert is as a map, snipers will be a big proponent of gameplay. I would like to see players creating smoke screens from front gate to objective in a effort to combat them. 2. Car HP Buff Vehicle HP are too low at the moment. A player can destroy a car with a half of a AR clip. Vehicles should be able to tank more shoots before exploding 3. Don't configure transportation for Desert There is no need for transportation due objectives being pretty close to each factions base. For example, transportation to Toxic Crater would change the dynamics of the objective. 4. Shootable doors (ex. COMMs door) The current objectives on Delta have nothing blocking players from getting on and off the objective. In COMMs, the main way for players to get into the objective is through the small door. This door can be locked by defenders and needs to be shootable for attackers to get in. 5. Bring back quads and donator quads Quads would be a great addition for players to get around the map. They are small, fast, can carry people, navigate the terrain, and they are just fun to use. 6. Temporarily Setting a limit on Venal/Merc Venal and Merc are the best donator classes on the server due to the SR338 and the SV-98. Setting a temporary limit on these classes will force people to play close quarter class and could help with the on going basecamp issue. 7. Players shouldn't be able to killed in vehicles The only way people should be killed while in a vehicles if it blows up. Players are getting sniped out vehicles from one sniper shot. Vehicles are a great tool for players to get to objectives and should provide more protection to it's occupants. Reasoning: I think this will be the immediate list of complaints when we swap to desert and I would like to get the easy things ironed out before the swap.
  3. Massive +1 I have enjoyed all of the Delta edits and am excited for the new edit to come out. While we wait for that, switching to desert will be a nice, refreshing experience for new and old players. Even though I am a huge fan of desert and would love to play on it for as long as possible, Delta provides elements that desert can't. So switching to it for a certain amount of time would be nice to see due to what Bishop mentioned about small objectives and bases. Desert is a simple map but has unique features that makes it enjoyable to play on. I don't believe switching to desert temporarily would be a bad thing for the server.
  4. +1 I have interacted with Scratch a little bit but the interactions have only been positive. He seems pretty active in all aspects of the server and I could see him being a valuable addition to the staff team.
  5. +1 I haven't lead a faction recently but when I did back in 2019 there wasn't much influence from the administration team. The image of how I wanted the faction to be was my own and my own alone. Even though the faction wasn't perfect, I learned a lot from it and made my next leadership experience better. I believe this suggestion will provide a better atmosphere for faction leaders.
  6. In-game name: TSFU SSGT Spencer Age [minimum 15 y/o]: 23 SteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:1:154510962 Warns: 0 Timezone: CST Playtime?: 2,810 hours Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: YES Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?: YES Referral(s): Bishop, Draco, Shax Past experiences as staff: Admin on GG SWRP How do you plan on benefiting our server? First and foremost, I possess significant experience in conflict resolution. While growing up, many of the jobs I undertook demanded that I de-escalate tense situations. My role requires me to interact with both parties and strive towards finding mutually agreeable solutions. Dealing with such challenging situations has taught me a lot about how to keep a dispute positive and reach the best conclusion. I am confident that I can leverage this skill set to tackle any in-game conflicts that may arise. My approach would be to listen to both sides of the story and work towards reaching an amicable resolution that satisfies everyone involved. My second reason for expressing interest in the MRP staff team is my commitment to this community. Ever since I first joined the MRP server in 2018, I have had a lot of positive moments in this community. Some of the friendships that I have formed during this time have endured over the years. I have been able to make valuable contributions to the server community without being staff, such as leading factions, assisting with events, and testing new maps. This experience has equipped me with the skills required to be a valuable part of the MRP staff team. This community has supported me a lot and I want a chance to help others. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details: I got banned for a couple days due to throwing a grenade into spawn room during raid. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: NO How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 4-5 hours per day

  9. Shroud definitely has what it takes to be a part of the moderator team. He has previous experience and shows that he is committed to the server with his role in CG. Going to be a +1 from The Juicer!
  10. Great job team! Let's keep up the good work!
  11. No words can describe how happy I am seeing this. This is a dream come true. I can't wait to use my favorite twitch emotes on my favorite Garry's Mod server.
