Being a staff member really taught me how to look at both sides of a situation and how to differentiate IC vs OOC. As well as just teaching me how to be a good staff member in general. My prior experience as a Senior Admin taught me how to be a role model for the community and really learn to listen to the player base. I was a H-Mod for GGMRP twice and have been a part of the community for about 3 and a half years. With being a part of the GG community for 3 years I have learned how to enjoy Garry’s Mod again. I would love to be able to create that for other players as well. With all that experience listed above along with my in game role I believe I could create a better environment for players. Along with already knowing how to handle sits, gather evidence, and not being biased. I can differentiate when a punishment needs to be given out or when it needs a verbal warning with newer players. I have the desire to be a good staff member and the want to help better the server. I believe with all this that’s why it makes me fit to become a GG staff member for the third time. I remember always talking to Mr Therapist and he was one of the ones who I love the most out of the staff team. A lot of times after a sit we would talk for a while with flame soul and it was such a good time with him. I heard about this today in discord and as soon as I saw this forum it crushed my heart. I will pray for you and Mr Therapist's family.

Server or maybe family is going over personal belongings. Maybe boss revealed to the family? I may be grasping at straws but I hope this isn’t a false flag. Please, please, don’t ever do that to an entire community. There’s 4+ of us shifting through roofs lamenting rn. Feelings are hurt, suspicions are raised. As I just told the staff next to me, we have to put our grief aside and give things a hot minute to play out. Nobody wants to be wrong right now. For now, we’re gonna sit and wait for things to develop. This is hard, harder for some than others, but collectively we are all simply hurting. Please standby guys. So I may have commented on the wrong sub earlier, sorry. This is my official ban appeal. I believe I was mistreated from the younger moderator, he would not listen to my story at all. He kept saying "no, no, no, you did this" and banned me for MASS RDM, when I never did such thing. I was protecting myself ... the whole server was mass rdm, and I think the mod just got the wrong guy. I love this server guys, I wanted to be mod but I guess that shot is up. I'm sorry and I am asking for forgiveness.. Thank you
