I've explained what was going to happen you said you understood it and you also said that "there was no getting out of it" the harassment definition you pulled up meant a physical harassment, this was a written/verbal form of sexual harassment.

(include any proof): Preface: I was warned one time probably two-three hours before this happened for disrespecting in OOC. I was warned again for false reporting. I was active in chat talking to different staff members after being upset about why my friend was banned (his ban was valid). Links to the clips of the interaction will be below. Also note that in regards to the two warnings, the first reason was just a general negative sentiment I had because of the situation with my friend. The next was just asking for him to be unbanned, which the staff member later RDM'd me in spite of (or so it seems). Plot: I'll give a summary, I was RDM'ed by TLG computer FUBAR and while reporting, aside from it taking quite awhile, aside from watching staff that were actively taking reports ignore me (probably prior to previous convo's I know I wasn't making the best impression on some of them, however I wasn't being an asshole to them, it was my first time back on the server in quite awhile. I don't believe this should judge how you moderate. To preface, I made friends, or so I feel, I made enemies and you'll see that in this post). After getting into the sit, I was greeted by HR HMoore who was helping me try to resolve things. I told him who did it and I'm sure that TLG, the one who RDM'd me, had his talks with him and other staff previously due to how long it took for my sit to initiate (I could be fully wrong here, I am aware of this). While in the sit HR HMoree, let me know that the server uses a different, more accurate, version of logs that sometimes console doesn't catch and that we can't always believe the console because of the delay. To which, I disagreed because in my GMod experience, I've never came across a server, let alone a tool, that is more accurate than that of the GMod console. Afterwords, you can see in the start of the clip of the sit, which unfortunately only goes 5 mins back. I am saying I don't believe to be true because unless the GMod console reports something, then there's no report at all. At this point, I was just trusting what he said because he's a member of staff. He then goes into console to pull up a raid advert that was over "an hour ago" according to them, but if you check my logs in game, you can see that I have no evidence of this log appearing at all in my console. Despite him wanting to defend his fellow staff member, he then gets threatened at the idea of me taking them to the forums later in the video. To me I don't see anything wrong with this, but I get immediate backlash from him wanting me to do. In the meanwhile, TLG was saying he would take "a golden shit" to get out of the situation however I don't know what this means. Aside from that, if you look at the log's I'm showing chat logs from about over 30 minutes ago where I am talking to a completely different player, in a completely different situation in OOC. No where in these logs can you see an advert raid. They then proceed to tell me the logs have "no way to convert time" after showin me TLG's raid advert. Being that his logs were tracked in "British time" versus some American standard. Although, I don't know where they're from, I have no option but to believe what they are saying. You can clearly see that HR HMoree just pulled this log to try to get his friend out of trouble, as TLG himself says that he was lying and that he "doesn't understand why that advert is even still in logs." He proceeds to say he is lying about the raid claim, which was made earlier in the sit, which he admits to later on. HR HMoree gets upset at the situation. Then TLG makes a joke later, which to me clearly indicated that they are friends, saying "gag on my balls" to HR HMoree, which I could be completely wrong about. HR HMoree gets more upset and says what I'm saying is bullshit or more or less the words he's heard are. Then proceeds to tell me to just accept the punishment he wants to hand out to TLG. To which I said I would clip this, because I don't think this was handled properly. There was some dialog, then in HR HMoree's words, "that is not what happened at all." He proceeds to ask me for the clip again even though TLG admitted to RDM'ing me then he proceeds to ask for it again and then he eventually asks for a different admin to handle the situation. I asked him afterwords if a clip would be sufficient for a more reasonable punishment, after he had just admitted to RDMing me. He then replied and said "what else do you want me to give you?" The entire situation was revolved around the unfair treatment while handling the sit. I may have done a poor job of explaining this, however HR HMoree clearly is showing a bias that he would not give any other player in this situation. He falsely stated that at the start that he said TLG was "innocent until proven guilty" which was never stated at any point in this conversation. Yet never gave me the benefit of the doubt thinking I was telling the truth in this situation, even after hearing TLG confess the lie. Overall, I've been a member and donator of this server for a long time. I don't think this is fair treatment towards the players and I don't believe you can hold grudges against people while administrating your sever. If I clearly broke a rule I am open to saying that, however I've aired out what I've done and the treatment I got following. I don't think bias players like this are fit for staff and overall hold a net negative towards the community. I'm not saying I wish they get their privileges revoked for this, but I feel if you want to gang up on players with administrative groups, then eventually no one will trust the staff. I only phys and freeze for a reason, no, i did not mic spam, repeat myself multiple times i did though, i also gagged you because you shit talked the guy in sit, even when i asked to stop, then you left so i banned you for the current rdm sit we were in and ltap, and i believe it was the rignt call with how you acted. -1 not using proper forum prompt and no evidence to backup claims.

I am making this appeal to formally apologize for my actions, I know as a staff team yall are not here for apologies, but I wanted to give this a try. I understand that what I did wasn't funny and that I wish to make it up to this server for the actions I have done. I came onto your server over a week ago and I was drunk hanging with these group of guys I met, I was dumb, I was hanging out with the wrong crowd and I said a very inappropriate pedo joke in the ooc. Obviously it isn't funny to begin with to say such terrible things and I apologize for eveything I have caused. I want to try and make it up to this server for my actions, but if ya'll are willing to give me a second chance at either changing the ban reason to player toxicity or letting me back into the server, it is really up to how yall feel. Like I said if yall want to keep my ban like that, it is fine, but I would still like to make it up to this server in any way I can. I am willing to have a one-on-one conversation with the banning admin, cuz personally I am better at discussing terms in call than text. I come from another called tits rp and I had to leave the staff team due to my actions on this server, this is a fair punishment for me, for the things I have said in this server. Your server does not tolerate any sort of pedo accusations whatsoever and I came on here and violated that. I am hoping for a second chance, but like I said however yall feel is right for me, leave it be, but I would still wish to make it up to this server, whether it be in donations or some sort.
