Are you guys kidding? If somebody put the wrong answer in the "Did you read the staff rules?" section, one of two things happened. They either did not read them, or they did not read the correct one. In the staff application format post, there is a section with the title "Staff Rules". These Staff Rules are not updated, incorrect, and do not have the answer to the "Did you read the staff rules?" part of the format. There is absolutely no way for the person applying to know these are the wrong staff rules, so instead of just blatantly -1ing, wasting everyone's time, please be helpful and redirect him to the correct staff rules, which would help in either situation which caused him to put the wrong answer. @HitsLikeNoName So here are the correct staff rules. http://garnetgaming.net/forums/index.php?/topic/3-darkrp-staff-rules/

-1 First off, you literally just came back from being extremely inactive, so I don't think you're ready to come back to staffing yet. Your "Why should we choose you over other applicants?" section is also not two paragraphs (10 sentences) and your app shows minimal effort. Pockets were removed because of the database relocating, like @YeetMeister said. It caused database issues, and I think it would cause it to not load your account at times. There was a thread on the old forums talking about how multiple features were going to be removed because of the database being relocated, but I'm not completely sure. This is the answer I've been giving and been given for a while.

-1 Consensual RDM is allowed on DRP, but as soon as you are reported for it, it's obviously no longer consensual. You should only consensual RDM if you know you won't be reported and are doing it with a friend.

Overall, it doesn't seem like you put much effort into your app, and there's a lot of things you can fix, so here's what I suggest. Beef up your "Why should we choose you over other applicants?" section because doing the exact minimum required makes it seem like you put no effort into your app. I also suggest playing more to get more playtime so that your warns will seem insignificant. Since you have so many warns, it would make them more understandable if you explained them. Good luck, and try fixing some of these things.

-1 Sadly that was a false mug as he was not aware that he was being mugged. Make sure you also count out 10 seconds. You did RDM, so serve out your ban. 3. Your target must be aware they are being mugged. 5. You must provide your victim with 10 seconds to drop the cash, you may chase after them if they disobey, and may shoot them when 10 seconds have passed.

The times line up perfectly for the kill on "Will Chase" (who I assume was the one you think Krystal RDMed, as it's kinda hard to understand what you mean without you using names) to be a mug. I'm not 100% sure how the sit would've gone, but you most likely would've needed proof from Will Chase that the mug was not on him, instead of blatantly believing him. Krystal, who were you mugging? Can you clear up your side of the story?

FailRP is basically doing something that your job or character can't do in RP. A good example would be building on the street as a non-hobo, using a shotgun as a hobo, etc. There's many more things that apply as FailRP, but it's just kinda a general definition for something that is against the rules and the RP purpose of a job.

Use /warnmenu please. 9 what? You need at least 24 hours to apply for staff, and you need your exact playtime by doing "/playtime (name)" in-game. Referrals only count from other staff. And if you were staff, how did you get demoted? zoom in enhance On what server? When? How? What? How much time each day? Any days you can't? -1 Well I believe you already appealed this on the last forums, and it got denied back then too. You were banned by @Flacko, who is no longer staff, so not much can really be done. It is exploiting, and it's kinda hard to figure out about that command without being told it is exploiting. You should've used common sense and realized that a console command would not be the intended way to do something like that. Currently, you can't even set jail positions anymore.

Honestly, you probably don't deserve a perma ban, as I thought you intentionally evaded your ban when it seems now that it was unintentional. I'm confused as to why the ban didn't work, but you did break a lot of rules on purpose.
