  1. I've never seen you on before. Would like to see you pick up your activity and prove to people that you can be a staff member. You'll also have to buff up your paragraphs much more than what they're at now. What you wrote in your sentences is what everyone says to try to get staff. You need to explain further on how you can help the server and community. Overall you got a lot of improving to do, good luck next time! - 1
  2. I've seen a lot of improvement in the way you act around others already. I'd say give yourself more time to build your reputation up to show you've changed, as there are people that are still 50/50 with you. Seeing how much you've improved, it shows you have the potential to continue to change and do good for the community and server. Everyone has their moments of messing around, you just have to know when you shouldn't and when you could. And, what you should and shouldn't say in OOC. It's easy putting dents into your reputation, and pretty hard to get rid of them. Everyone deserves a second chance, continue to improve on yourself all around and you'll build your reputation up in no time. -1 for now. You're on the right path. It just takes time and patience.
  3. You already have my referral. Good kid and has a lot of potential. Good luck brother!
  4. Congrats all in the Dark RP world. Keep killin it!
  5. I personally have never had or seen any issues with you. You’ve always been a great role model for Army, every time I join or see you, you’re always involved with 11B enlisted. You never act out and lose your temper like most people do. I feel you’d be a great benefit to the team and I feel this will be a great learning experience for you as well. +1
  6. I personally have never had any issues with you. But I would definitely like for you to treat others the way you want to be treated. As staff that's something you always have to carry with yourself. Some comments, attitude or the overall way you treat certain people is not a trait a staff member should carry. You do a good amount for Army and you're pretty active on the server, keep that up. Focus on improving yourself all around and I'm sure you'd be a good fit for the team. Treat everyone with respect and understand all sides of stories until saying something against someone. In the mean time work on yourself and building a good reputation with the server / community and apply again when you feel you've improved. - 1
  7. This would be a good start / idea to changing up how kidnaps work. Doesn't hurt to try it out with new ideas along the way. +1
  8. I can agree with Tora on this. Would like to see more activity from you overall. You may have changed from your past. That's something that takes time to prove. I say work on yourself and prove to the community you're fit for staff. Being there to help out is a big deal, and that's something that's seen from the start. So far have had no issues with you. Just think it's a bit early for a staff application.

  10. ATTC door button doesn't work. Ammo crates are moveable. (Unless that's been fixed) Ropes are missing above Shipment
  11. Big + 1 from me. Great idea, something for players to look forward to as well.
  12. Much love, thanks guys.

Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: Yes Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?: Yes Referral(s): Soap, Ominous, Ozzy, Whiskey Past experiences as staff: Administrator & Forum work on a DarkRP server How do you plan on benefiting our server?: Ever since I've been successful in the server, I've always wanted to make new players feel comfortable playing and know they can be in my position one day. It does take time and effort but it's possible. And that isn't shown or brought up much to the newer players. They feel as if most higher up players don't care, which is very true. That leads to them not staying too long. The server hurts with keeping new players, especially for 2GA. I'm always on doing my best to help out the lower ranking guys all the way up to helping out the higher ranking guys. I care about the server and plan on continuing to do this for the server. When staff are AFK, I do my best to help out as much as I can with any situations, although I can only do so much. I'm always treating everyone with respect and always putting myself out there for anyone that needs help or has questions. I look for the players that ask questions and do the right thing because that shows they care. I do my best to keep the player count high by hosting tryouts, doing sims, and always training recruits when its needed. I plan on benefiting the server most by being a role model for others, especially the lower ranking and newer guys. When they see a player / staff that sets a good role. They push to be like that, and that's what the server needs more of. The problem with newer players is they'll encounter a not so nice situation with a higher ranking player (for example). And that will stick in their head making them not want to try, play the server, or take it seriously. That's why I do what I do, because people will see the way you carry yourself and eventually realize. I've always enjoyed leading and being apart of a family. When I'm committed to something, I put my all into it, that's just the type of person I am. I want to be able to continue to help the server by doing everything I'm still doing but also take it further by helping with the staff team. I plan on benefiting the server most by showing more leadership to others in staff and officer situations. RU and US both lack leadership. 2GA is hurting most due to the fact not many players are being trained for 2GA. RU needs more active officers that are willing to host tryouts for 2GA to keep them playing with new classes, as well as getting more RFRs to train recruits. I recently put myself out there to 2GA to help train recruits due to the fact of me only seeing a couple of RFRs training. After a while those guys are going to get tired of constantly being the only ones to train and we’ll lose them too if it stays like that. It’s all one big chain reaction. I feel when players see good role models and leaders, they look up to that and want to be that. If players see higher up officers that are constantly messing around and taking nothing seriously. Then those new and current players will follow in those footsteps because they see the higher ups doing it. When enlisted see officers acting a certain way, majority of the time they act off of that, and if they see non stop messing around they’re going to always act that way and see nothing wrong with because the officers were acting that way. This leads on to professionalism. Many officers and staff lack professionalism. Yeah it’s Gmod and yeah we like to mess around. But you have to know the time and place for it. Most officers mess around during the important times such as training, tryouts, etc. That shows guys being trained that the server isn’t serious so they’re not going to take it serious. I think I can bring on a good lead role to the server as an officer and staff member. Being a staff member is a thing not many people can do. It takes a lot of understanding. I’ve always been good with staff situations because I always make sure I understand both players perspectives before taking any action. It’s important to not immediately pick a side after hearing one story. Many guys hear the first guy speak and then the staff member will immediately attack the other saying “you shouldn’t have killed him” or “why did you do that”. That’s not right because they never heard the other guys story. It’s important to listen and always watch. Everyday I play I’m always analyzing and watching how people play, what the server lacks and can use help on because those are things not many people do. As a staff member it’s important to be fair and treat both players equally. And that’s something I bring to the server every time I’m on. Of course the common reasons of becoming staff matter too like being on when staff are AFK as well as being able to eventually set jobs for players during try outs. What I want most as a staff member are for people to see I care and want the best for them on the server. So many people are afraid of players succeeding so they don’t take their spot in a faction or in ranks in general. That’s definitely the wrong way to look at everything. In the end of the day I’m always doing the best for the server, and continue to want the best for the server. Overall I think I'd be a good help to the team by noticing these key issues, continuing to lead, doing the right thing, and always helping others. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details: No Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Minimum of 4-5 hours almost every day
  15. Doing an awesome job bro. This stuff takes a while to do. And it's always best to take extra time to make sure everything is right instead of releasing early. For sure is going to be cool. I agree with Ozzy on the sign deal. And Zach's got a good idea for the signs in the not so popular areas. Prices can always be adjusted, I think those ideas are good to start with and feel things out.
  16. Congrats boys, keep killin it over there in the Dark RP world.
  17. You're a nice dude and always have had good intentions on the server. From the start I've always seen you go that extra step on benefiting the server over everyone else. Always see you training and since you've made WO1 you're hosting tryouts now / helping out more which is cool to see. Like the other guys are saying. I would recommend going into further detail as to how you can help benefit the server more, beef those paragraphs up a little bit. Professionalism comes a long way in being an Officer and a Staff member. If you see new guys on the server that are looking for tryouts, talk to them respectfully just like you'd talk to anyone else. The server needs the new guys to stay, that's what were hurting with right now. Aside from that, you're cool to be around and doing good things for the server. I'll make my decision once I see a little bit more added to your paragraphs. Update: +1
