My whole take on this was like, I don't feel like that should be a warning, that's more common sense? Those words aren't to be used and you knew that was gonna be a problem, the whole point isn't "You shoulda been warned", its the fact that you did it...

Its in the motd, so there is such a thing as "raid vicinity" Same thing goes for nlr, if you are getting raided and you died, you cant go back to the raiding vicinity. So, I problem solved, I walked up to the door to see that it was owned, I thought to myself "hmmm Easy raid" so I advert raid and everyone is standing outside the door in the raid vicinity, they were in the raiding area, they claimed that you can only kill the owner of the base, but how am I supposed to know if theyre in a party or not mid raid? Why should your warn be removed?: I was just simply raiding and other people were in the raiding vicinity so I had to do what I had to do.

Only warns I've gotten on garnet was Diss In Sit, and NLR. Diss in sit I didn't even know it was a rule at the time, and I called the other person a "pussy" I know it was immature but I was also fairly new to the server not expecting me to be apllying for staff and I have changed my attitude since that warn and the next was was for NLR by a minute and I accepted my fate.
