The reason I am applying for staff again is because I feel like I can help out the server a lot with my ability to de-escalate situations especially in a sit. I am mature and I can be strict with punishments if need be. I also believe I can be very good for the community in helping them with their problems with other players if that player broke the rules in any way. If it's required I can put in a lot of time whenever I'm out of work into my position as a staff member. I will admit, I'm not as well known as I used to be due to my elongated break from Garry's Mod, but as stated before, I can put a lot of time into this now that I'm all settled in. I am respectful of staff and I feel that I have a lot to offer to the staff team. I am fully capable of handling the responsibilities of being a staff member and any consequences for my any of my actions. I can take sits from a center point and listen to both the sides in a sit, regardless of if they're people I know or not because the rules are the rules, and there are no exceptions to the rules. I know the rules good and the community that resolves in it better. I can help new players feel more welcome to the server so that they will keep playing it. I understand that you may be new to DarkRP and all, but you broke nlr multiple times going to the raid as said in your reasoning for an unban. I do apologize, but the rules don't get bent because you didn't read the rules. As I said in the sit you should read up more on the rules. I understand being upset at the credit weapons, perks, and power imbalance of it all, but that's uncontrollable. There is somewhat of a way to combat that other than rule breaking, such as the afk credit store that you can go into by using !credit or !credits in chat. I'm sorry for the ban and all, but follow the rules next time and it won't happen, 2 days isn't that long of a ban compared to some of the other mass rule break ones. Hello Baller, I would like to apologize for the ban, as I had misread log times and thought that the time for the advert "raid", placed by a member of the group that reported you, was the time for the first time you killed them. I am sincerely sorry for this ban and I will do my best to be more careful next time I place a ban request. This was a false ban and again, I do apologize for it.

I have played on the server for quite some time and I'm quite a friendly fellow. I believe I would be a rather good fit for the role as I can listen to both sides of an argument and make a compromise that can hopefully please both parties the best I can; I'm not afraid to give someone a harsh punishment if it is deserved however. I will be respectful at all times whilst on duty no matter whom I'm talking to and I will also be a good role model. I have the strength and mind to fulfill the duties that are required by this role and I will always try my very best to fulfill those duties.
