Stop doing this, this doesn’t help anyone determine wether he will be good for staff or not, we need constructive and helpful feed back from the community, give us reasons why he would or would not be good for staff.

In all honesty I didn’t even know you were on the server, let alone had a conversation or ever seen you on, if you’ve come back from not playing the server for awhile or anything like that I’d highly recommend getting your self situated in the server and with the community, if enough people reply with you being active and well known through out the server than I’ll +1 but right now it’s a -1 Along with what I remember you were kinda mingy when I last knew you but I could be mistaken.

Minimum is 75 but that’s not saying if you have 75 hours you are ready, staff should have quite a bit of experience on the server with enough feed back from plenty of players and supporters of the community, not only do you have hours more on the low side, not a lot of people know you or have interacted with you.

I’m a senior and I’ve had to deal with that every year, take it easy man, IRL is more important than games so don’t let everything build up and over whelm you trust me it’ll be easier.

I’m not going to +1/-1, but I have only seen you once before and I’ve never interacted you, along with your playtime being pretty low, if get the chance to talk to you or anything within the next few days and see you in the server a bit more then I’ll change it to a +1

I agree, granted I do know who you are but I have never had a conversation with you and I have only seen you in game once, the only times I hear about you are when I’m talking with army officers so I don’t really know who you are or how you are, if higly recommend becoming more active in the community and putting yourself more out there

I personally haven’t seen you that much or had an interaction with you so I can’t say much but as you said in your application you know people might not know you that much right now and your hours are somewhat low, so if you had been more well know before applying i would have gladly +1 but right now I won’t untill there is more community feedback adding this| I’ve finally interacted with you and seen you conversing with people in game and been active so I’m gonna +1 this app, it’s very well done and you seem like you would be a good addition to the team

I’m keeping my +1 I know he’s changed since then and he has a lot of promise to help the staff team, and a lot of people were toxic to garnet after a lot of the donation problems, you can’t just single him out about it
