I honestly think that its not the most important part of the application. Sure they can fill it out, but it really depends on how others think about his overall maturity, rather than weather the applicant knows how to write an essay or not. Ive seen quite a lot of arguing in this application overall just because of his paragraphs, and I am overall disappointed in how the majority of you dealt with it. Sure, the paragraphs might be "filler", but some of that information can also be useful on showing you exactly how the applicant can be good at being a staff member either way.
