Description: If an officer in a sub-faction is too low rank to promote someone, then the highest-ranking officer in that sub-faction should be able to promote others except himself or others of his rank/people 1 rank below. Reason: It is really not fair if you work hard in a war and your faction ends up doing very well, just for almost half the soldiers not be promoted due to the officer not ranking high enough. I understand that the ranks have various levels to promote others, but it sucks to do so well just to not be promoted for lack of high-ranking officers. I understand if many people disagree with me.

Can you guys let me know when my ban is lifted?

I assume I was banned for not raiding enough, as I had only raided once about 5 minutes ago. A player named Wah was allowing people to base with him and I went over and applied. I showed him my weapons and he let me in. Not 1 minute after going in, I was banned for 2 days for NitRP. Edit: Nevermind. It was an accidental ban.
