[minimum 2 paragraphs]: I have a lot of ambitions as a staff member on the Military RP server. The community component of this server, as well as how everyone interacts, is one of my favorite aspects. After joining the army as an PVT, I was able to see this firsthand. Minges are something I see a lot in the army, and as a Staff member, I can put a stop to them right away rather than waiting for an Admin to locate them. These minges can damage someone's experience or possibly trigger a domino effect, turning other people into minges, potentially resulting in a MassRDM incident. Between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., I am usually online. As a result, I interact with a wide range of people. People tend to be busy in our community throughout the day. My main goal on this server is to help make it the best it can be by organizing fun events and keeping people relaxed so we can all have a good time. After all, the best part of our server is that we can talk to random people and have legitimate conversations about anything from improving the server to discussing updates or what we think should be updated, to just random chitt chat. This server is a place where people come not just to roleplay, but also to make friends and enjoy the atmosphere that the staff has created. I'm one of those people, and I'd like to help preserve it. [minimum 2 paragraphs] First and foremost, I intend to bring three things to the table: activity, maturity, and a kind personality. I can be as active as needed, and I want to spend the next three months primarily playing on the server until school resumes, at which point I will continue to be active but less so. I'm only 16, but I like to think I'm older than my age because I love to hang around with people older than me. I also intend to add to the staff team my ability to provide constructive feedback and thoughts on both staff and server-related issues. I plan on contributing as a staff member to anything on the boards, such as ban reports, ban appeals, staff applications, and so on, because I believe staff opinions matter more than normal users'. I know how server logs work, I know a reasonable number of staff commands, and I'd like to claim I'm friends with some of the staff on the server because I've been active I previously worked as a admin on a MRP server before it shut down. -1 A few days ago you got a warn for Self Damage and I think staff would know better to not self damage.

I do agree with all this feed back I feel like my lack of detail and me not using my brain to the best of my ability to think of what I wanted to do as staff on the server so I feel like my application should be denied thanks again for your feed back I will try way harder on the next application. [minimum 2 paragraphs] I plan on benefiting the server by helping out all the newer people that join and help teach them the Server rules . I also will help the community by find minges and RDMers and do what is right by warning them or banning them for what they did. I will also help the server when I do sits by not being bias listening to both sides on what happened and taking the appropriate decision in the sit I will do my part and help get rid of RDMer and Minges. If so, Include details I had and RDM warn I got it when I had around 10 hours in the server I shot someone because they were making an annoying click sound with there empty mag. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 4-10 hours on the weekend I will not be able to play on the weekdays because If i play then I will get way behind on school and then I wouldn't be able to play on the weekends.

Hello Bek I was the one who called the sit you sounded the same from when you killed me and my trainee so I don’t understand why you would try to lie to get unbanned even when you have no evidence of your brother playing.
