So all I had known initially was that this guy was reported for a failbase. My understanding was that he wanted help getting out of said failbase because he was being raided, so I removed him from it. Not until after being told that the failbase was due to excessive fading doors did I realise my mistake. I just woke up and am just now responding my apologies.
