they said that one or two was fine then i place two more (one which failed so i placed one more, their was also other player that was placing them) before when i was banned

is there anyway for an operator to see this , i agree with the ban and i accept i did wrong but i think a month is very long for placing hits

i dont think what ive done was really that bad and should be worth a months ban all i did was play the game and placed hit on he after he was arresting people prohibiting them from playing the games as you said i was with jack . you said people had been banned in the past but im almost for sure it wasnt probably longer than a few days for most cases

Hi Theta, Thanks for replying, im still unclear as to why the ban was as long as it was just placing hits on one person. i have been through the forums and found the D3A guidelines which i believe is the punishment guides. listed under 1/2 month ban's, there is only month ban's for "Attempting to crash the server" which i clearly never did. i appreciate your an admin and you have the need to enforce the rules but jack jj was going around quick wanting people and arresting them, alot of people wanted him dead i was just putting hits on him, surely if your saying that he couldnt play the game because people were killing him for hits, people cant play the game when hes jailing them all?

(include any proof): I placed a total of 4 hits on "Jack JJ" in the space of an hour and a half, he was mayor constantly during this time and was running round arresting everyone so i started placing hits on him, and was pulled to a sit by "Theta@ and was banned for harrassment. Why should your ban be removed?: There is no rule that say's i cant place hits on the same person, i dont think it should be classed as harrassment as i was just placing hits on him which anyone can do and the hitmen were getting paid?
