I feel like I have a right to respond to this. In my opinion he mentioned a server sure that's a no no but he isn't in anyway mentioning this server to promote and create hype for people to transition from Garnet to the other server. I highly suggest that Managers or Higher Up Admins reconsider permanently banning him from the server, and I feel like this is justified. edit: for the record I was here when he got banned from the server and seeing the situation occur, therefore I have a reason to respond to this issue and I don't feel like there is a real reason to keep this person out of the server forever so please read my response and take a second look. Final edit: Not trying to call out this person but Candy homie you need to be less aggressive when giving out a ban. It is your job as a moderator to stay calm and cool during any situation handling sits or anything representing yourself as apart of the moderation team. The things that are said already in one screen shot of chat logs really shows negative feel towards the team. Next time whether you're right or wrong when giving a ban you should be clear in your mind and actions... Thank you.

100% agree this also goes into farming printers if you take more xp that is required to go to the next level it won't transfer over. So that'd be cool if this were added to farming printers. +1

I will give my point of view in this situation for I was one of the people reported and was apart of the sit. Unfortunately I don't have any video so I can't back up specific facts. I will just tell you this guy was clearly trolling and had a whole voice to go along with his act, I eventually talked to him for a bit and he mentioned he was just trolling to go along with a video and I kinda knew from the beginning he was trolling. I don't know which part of the sit he was directing a diss but I definitely didn't notice a diss of any kind. It was just banter back and forth for a random rdm sit. Again can't back up with a specific recording but that is the way I saw it, just a guy messing around and being his own character, and I never took him seriously in the sit, just pretty much laughed at it.

Read them again you missed something I've never seen you on the server, so I can't give an opinion on anything you've said in your application. You said you got false banned for "Bhop Scripts" But here's another one..... -1 for now till I hear from others of the community

I 100% agree with this but there's a certain point where we need to look at the improvement he's been committed to. Personally I haven't seen him that much on the server so behavior wise I don't know if he's really improved. Yes. Mass RDM for just "taking a break" causes problems and creates stress that just is very disrespectful but I think we've brought back people who have done worse. Not saying he should get a full ride back to the team, he needs to earn it. Remember this mass rdm ban was back in May of this year so we gotta start looking at what's been happening from that point to now. I'm going to stay Neutral until I hear further responses from everyone, I just wanted to give my input on what I've been seeing, don't put opinions over things that were from 7 months ago. Take it into consideration but don't let it be your leading argument.

I agree with ya bud and honestly that's what my thought was but with any game no matter what things will be "op" or "broken" that's what things are changed, nerfed, buffed, and sometimes fully removed if there really is no fixing it so yeah totally agree.

How much would the fines be if they were to comply with the situation or what ever they are charged for? Seems like an interesting idea looking forward to hear from others I'll just start off with a +1 it would be an interesting edition.

I remember you man from a while ago when you were more active on the server, honestly I hadn't gotten to know you at all but the things that are shown in front of me the bans are taken into consideration but the gap is big enough to where I look at what you've done since then as far as I've seen there has been no significant change to your behavior OR nobody is convinced that you've taken a U-turn towards a positive reputation. Just give it time like I did man. Trust is easier to lose but more difficult to earn... -1 for now

uhhhh..... idk how long his bans are from the time he did get banned vs applying but as long as there is some what of a gap from when he got banned to applying I don't really have a problem with it. Just as long as there are no re-occuring situations regarding his bans, as well as what his bans are for. Depending on the severity of his bans it'll effect my opinion. The biggest concern I have is there are 2 bans with exceeding warn limit, this is a no no... If you're breaking rules to the point where you have 8 warns resulting in a first ban of exceeding warn limit then getting warned AGAIN resulting in another 24 hour ban. That is the biggest concern of mine that would be acknowledged in my opinion. Other than that his other bans don't really bring up anything of great worry just keep those warns down and keep from getting any at ALL. Full circle.... (nit pick time ) do /playtime in-game and put the actual playtime not just hours (nothing to serious but again nit pick) I love that you're setting your standards high in the sense of wanting to take being a mod seriously. PLEASE REMEMBER!!! YES, you are a mod and you have responsibilities that you need to follow but make sure you have fun, if being a mod is stressful and overwhelming you shouldn't be a mod. This is a video game not a job application you're going to be paid for. I love you're setting yourself at the top that you're going to be the "Best Mod" just give it time, when I first became a moderator I wanted to jump into higher responsibility acts as far as handling situations and I got in trouble for doing it because I hadn't spent enough time developing and earning my place in a higher ranked position to handle higher up situations. So take your time and go through the motions, please make sure to have fun as a mod its nothing to be overly serious about but be responsible. I'm pretty sure you meant "I will stick to the rules so that other members see me as a role model" I'm going to say -1 I don't believe at this time you're ready to be set on becoming a staff member. As much as I love your determination to becoming one this is your first Application. You're going to be among the lower age groups so the criticism from not only other people of the server but during sits will be harder to control unless you decide to go full typing. Not saying its not possible to be a mod and just be mature in those situations just saying it'll be more difficult to control. If you get accepted just make sure you don't overwhelm yourself with anything regarding being a staff member. If you're having to connect to the server because you feel like you "have to" do your job or responsibilities and it doesn't become "fun" anymore which is the biggest thing we set on the server for all users as well as the moderators, then I don't want you to be a staff member. I've said it before and I'll stand by it. You don't need perms to do good for a server you value, there are many ways you can succeed in helping others without !roof command. Keep that in mind when you get accepted or IF you do. I'd much rather you stay longer on the server because you're having fun vs get burnt out because being a moderator made it stressful.

sometimes plans don't go the way you want it to. I see myself coming back and maybe it'll be like turning back the clocks. Maybe if by chance you come back when I think its time to try again, we'll be applying together like we did the first time I got staff. We can move up the ranks together one day. Now I understand my time here as a moderator has been significantly short, but over the course of this 2nd month of me being staff I've been perusing things that are in my best interest. I've started working out more trying to stay active, going to work, and I'm in college now. Things are starting turn more as I'm growing up and its going crazy fast. Garnet plays a special role in my life still, I see myself hopefully becoming staff again in the future. Especially coming from me I know I don't need perms to help a server I love and enjoy so I don't see this resignation as an impact on anything because I can still help others and keep a community positive and inviting to others. Through my time I put in hardwork when going through my first month back on the staff team. I pushed myself to not only handle sits but to be there when anybody needed it. In the last 2 weeks of month I was tested positive for COVID, and I still along with taking sits fought that sickness. That's how much this server means to me and that's how much the community means to me. I wanted to set a positive impact not only myself but to the staff team, and keep a reputation that the users of the server can trust. Again my time as a staff member has been short and honestly I didn't think I was prepared to end my time on the staff team so early, but I know I'm taking the right steps in my personal life and this doesn't mean I'm leaving. I just see no point not taking sits and going down line of my ranks till I'm fully demoted I'm just not gonna put anyone through that trouble and time. So as a final salute to my end as a staff member FOR NOW. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to EVERYONE who gave me this 2nd chance to come back it was an amazing achievement to reach this point to where I think I made a positive impact on myself as far as my image to others has gone.
