+1 Spoke to Munky in game and from what I was told there was no evidence regarding the warn. He asked if it could be appealed and I directed him to the forums. If Mav does in fact have evidence then the warn speaks for itself. However I know this can be a grey area in some sits and a lot of the time is down to discretion of the staff member. In this case I would usually ask for recording/screenshots of the incident, but please do correct me if I'm wrong.

Neutral Although I do believe everyone should be given a second chance after past mistakes, you still broke the rules. From your appeal its obvious that you wish to change and better yourself from your stupidity, but you took the risk and it didn't work out. The reason I'm staying neutral is because I myself have never had any past experiences and I'm unwilling to judge you from this one situation. From what I see you have many people vouching for you and if you really want to come back to the server then best of luck to you.

-1 Like Theos mentioned you've been extremely inactive, today was the first time I had seen you on in a good while. And as for your application, it is nowhere near 2 paragraphs and gives us no good reasons for why you should be made staff. I suggest getting back into the community, hop in TS or Discord and then reapply.

As of now I'm going to be Neutral mainly down to the interactions I've had with you. With the interactions I have had with you, you've been extremely helpful with try-outs and helping out the lower enlisted however I don't see you a huge amount. Most likely this down to the difference in time zones but advise you now to be as active as you can. Make sure your always leading by example wherever possible and get yourself noticed within TS and the server as a whole. Once I see that this is being done, I will be more than happy to change to +1. +1 I always see you whenever I'm on the server and you seem like a nice guy. Haven't really had a huge amount of interactions with you but think that's mainly because you are an RU main. If you believe that you can manage both roles on MRP and DRP then I don't see this being an issue, but obviously that's at the higher ups discretion. Your ideas for events sound awesome and well thought out. I really hope they can be used in the future. Best of luck to you :).

Never really had any interaction with you so I'm going to stay Neutral. After reading this I agree that the appeal process should not be used to apologise, but after reading through the earlier posts its been shown that you have no intent to change how you behave in and out of game which makes it very hard for staff members to give you a second chance. My best advice is to change, and prove that the change has taken place. Without that, staff can only go off past interactions which so far don't sound great. Think of your appeal as if you were a staff member reviewing it. Do you really think you should be unbanned? Why should you be unbanned? What steps are you taking to better yourself and change your ways? Like @CountryThomas said, you have to be taken seriously if you want any chance of an appeal being accepted. Best of luck to you
