(Click Here For Format) Unfortunately I will be -1 due to the fact that when applying something we really look for is uniqueness and while your attitude/presence in game is fairly good, your application lacks in ways such as: 1. Repetitiveness 2. While this is good, one thing like I said we want you to point out things exclusively that you’re good at so we know what we’re getting. Every applicant says they can help with sits, but what do you do best/what qualities do you have? Ex. Leadership Skills, Team Working Skills, etc. 3. Filler Sentences (Not relevant towards the application) 4. Random question answers? Please do leave a reply to this, any questions I will get back to you ASAP.

-1, I really don’t think allowing cheaters to be unbanned is a good precedent to have set. The only way I could really see you being unbanned is maybe chilling out in the other Garnet servers and re make a name for yourself that doesn’t have the label Cheater on it. Chill in TS, all that and maybe one day you’ll be unbanned. I’m sure you were fun to have around but all that hard work in AFSOC means nothing when there was cheating throughout it.

Quite literally have never seen nor heard from you before, meaning you just returned and want to apply so like said give it atleast 2 weeks of activity to prove you have the time to dedicate to the server. Also do /playtime in game for a more accurate playtime. -1

You’re extremely helpful, a very good 2GA Officer in that you help for the most part whenever needed, you’ve showed your extreme dedication in your climbing of the ranks. Your piss kink is a tad weird but I won’t let that decide this. If I could +2 this I would.

-1 Lack of detail, Doesn’t meet paragraph requirements. As an application submitter we want you to tell us what you can bring to the table that other people may not be able to/do as well. Listing your specific skills is a very good way to do this, can lead to a better acceptance rate. Noting that, your activity is unacceptable for a staff member to have let alone someone applying for the position. My suggestion is reapply in two weeks with a more detailed application, when your activity is better.

Well, well, well.. All my 2GA Officer friends are applying for staff.. Ill start this by saying, you really do put in those kills in war, all that, so you’re an amazing officer. And a great RPG supplier. But when it comes down to the staffing, helping side of things I just genuinely can’t see you actually going out of your way during war to solve reports, or help people in general as I haven’t seen you do in much out of war or in it. There will be days when you’re super active, but then periods where I don’t see you on at all. If I, others saw an improvement in that I’m sure our opinions would differ, but other then that I have no choice other then to... (-1)

I think you’re a cool, chill guy but there’s definitely room for improvement which is the case for everyone but I think you need a lot more improvement on your professionalism side of things. I noticed in your report appeal, you kind of did the same thing it says not to do which is apologize for what happened, then atleast in my eyes argued with the person who warned you about it. While you didn’t argue severely it’s still a case that needs to be brought up, at the time being I just don’t think even with your friendliness, well being I can give you a +1 or even a neutral. This decision will change if I see a change in behavior but until then unfortunately i’m going to be going with a -1. (-1)

So, before I start this off I’m just going to say +1 - To start this off I want to give a big thanks to Kurtle for all his help in my time on MilitaryRP so far. It’s been just over month so far, i’ve had endless support in learning the Garnet Gaming Military RP Hiring Staff ways, he’s taught me so much, been the most friendly person you can imagine. You’re well deserving of your in game rank, and your staff rank when you undoubtedly receive it with all the hard work you put in. It seems just 4/08/21 you were mocking me for going for GRU, welcoming me back not only one day later because everyone wanted me back. Other then that you’ve shown your leadership skills to be top notch, while also including a funny side of things so people can all have a good laugh. If I could give this application a +2 I would, I’m truly excited to have you on the team in which you will be undoubtedly accepted upon.

If you see a broken character model, that looks out of place, I think the best solution isn’t to argue with staff about it, an easier solution to all of this would’ve just been explaining what happened in the first place to avoid all of this. My advice to you is make sure you have everything installed correctly, if you were abusing a bug then the ban is proper. -1 (Love you but i’m sorry)
