What i am suggesting is making the keycards crackable. Like keypads. Only difference is it would be unlocked by a keycard given to all PD instead of a code

II feel that the Warden would be fine building as long as it is kept cosmetic. It would be pretty cool to see wardens decorate the jail cell area to make it fit a certain theme.

So on SWRP there are keycards that are used to open restricted areas. A major issue i see with mayors being able to build is the fact that they have to share the keypad codes with PD. Meaning if someone switches off PD they can share the code with their friends and it could be rather difficult for staff to keep track of it. If there is a way to allow the mayor to place down Keycard readers instead of keypads and simply give all the PD classes a keycard I feel it would completely solve the issue. I am not a coder so i do not know if that is possible, but if it is i feel it can be rather helpful for both PD and staff.

-1 Very poorly written staff App. Not to mention if you were removed from the GM team for PHYS gun abuse, I would personally like to see examples of you being more mature now rather then just saying you are. If the reason you should be chosen over other people is that you were a GM(demoted for abusing perms) why would that even matter considering you are applying for staff. This whole application seems like you are attempting to become a gm again only you are trying a different route to get there

We can not confirm any sort of third kill to make it MassRDM however we are able to see he is using props on top of your base as some sort of funneling system while he is not the hobo class. Machines will be banned for NITRP instead of MassRDM. Hello, I was informed of a harrassment report placed on you by one of my fellow staff members. Denied While these kills are clearly RDM, we are unable to confirm a few key details in order to hand out a punishment. We are unable to confirm a timeframe between the kills. Meaning for all we know they could have been 10 minutes or more apart. On top of this we do not have the physical id for the player which makes it so we are unable to confirm it was 100% the same guy. Next time feel free to report this ingame where we are able to use our logs system to confirm these missing pieces of information and it will be dealt with accordingly @Shin_Tsukimi@stretchy Please Lock and move.

My only concern that is keeping me from +1'ing this is that I've noticed during a lot of sits you tend to ask for the max punishment, while this isn't exactly a bad thing i do view it as a cause for concern among staff. When you are staffing and taking sits, you gotta remember compassion is what will bring players back. Sure i could warn and jail the level 4 who broke NLR, but I would much rather teach the guy what NLR is and help them avoid it in the future. Being staff is not just about blindly enforcing the rules. Its about creating a fun environment for new players to enjoy and thrive in. For this reason I will remain Neutral, I am willing to switch this to a +1 in the future.
