Community Management I would be absolutely be honoured to fill in this position, I've put a lot of time into Dark RP, becoming staff back in May and as of recent been made a T admin in little as 3 months, as mentioned all that time ago back in my application, I want to give back to the community that has given so much to me already in such a short space of time, not only friends, but memories, I've had plenty of discussions in the past with higher ups about situations and how to handle them as my IRL job, as a security manager / hotel receptionist has given me many skills dealing with people, complaints, money etc. The community of GG changes all the time and I strive to see it grow and become something more, personally to see Garnet gaming as a brand would be fantastic, something to push for and to help happen. Some more personal statements, that may help in successfully obtaining the position I'm seeking, I have great time management, as mentioned before, because of my job, its a key part of my current position I have at work, I have 0 warns, bans and accepted appeals to date and my Garnet forums reputation is increasing with every post I make. As mentioned before I would love to help over see the development of the servers and how we can improve little to major things upon them, the forums and discord as well. I heavily enjoy computer based work and typing out documents and managing my life for example, from calculations to finding the best deals on IRL items, I write it all down, document it and record in goings and out goings for all transactions and more, as also again this is part of my job IRL as well. I'm also currently studying Health and social care at college with a dream of becoming a Psychologist. With all this information given about myself I hope I have fighting chance of successfully obtaining the position.

Agreeing with @xo6o here, I have also had some toxic/ mingy interactions, both seen and experienced them in and out and sits, your reputation doesn't hold up well in my eyes, your paragraphs are okay and your application is decent but its your reputation is where unfortunately you fall, personally make a better name for yourself and interact in a positive way in both sits ( if you've been reported or not) and in the server towards players and staff, you need to be able to record my guy, 3 warns isn't the best, also can you specify ? so to summarise, increase reputation, get ability to record and specify warns. -1

straight -1 you're very toxic and mingy in game, the interactions I've had with you are very poor, your attitude that you had in a sits with me and in game is abysmal , honestly you are not ready to be staff, agreeing with a lot of other people here, you've got a long way to come before you can be staff. To see new staff even saying that you're mingy etc is bad. there's nothing to pick up on in terms of your app, you need to improve your attitude in general and start acting with manner and respect towards people on the server it seems.

Good to see you applied, great person, friendly, would be a wonderful addition to the staff team and fit in well, glad I gave my referral, only down side is about the warns.... +1

I was going to write about your app being strong and being ex staff being a benefit, but after reading others responses I can see why you're ex staff, when called out on it and evidence given you still denied it and turned a blind eye to it, the likes of @MisterShankie, @Papiraqi, @Fetn and more who have been here a lot longer then I have got the FACTS and still you chose to say "no that wasn't me" or words to that effect. Its gonna be a -1 for this app. I'm not saying it's a bad app, but when you cant even step up and put your hand up and say yeah that was me I did that and I aim to change it, or fix it to the best to my ability's, that's just poor characteristics. take some time to work on this, fix what you did and interact with the new staff members and old of course and right your wrong as best you can.

Reading over your application, I can see a bit of filler in there and you repeating yourself, but that is besides the point, you do have some great quality's about yourself, having previous staff knowledge from another server is always good, decent amount of hours, 85+ is fair, you have read the rules, only thing I was confused about is: that's the only bit that I was trying to get my head around, like saying 8+ a day would have be brilliant and being a little more straight to the point? ( Don't want to nit pick the whole app ) but again besides it was a good application, personally haven't seen you on, so cant say if I have had good or bad interactions with you, I'm gonna go Neutral I will change this to a +1 or -1 Depending on other peoples reactions on your app and interactions I have with you in game. I haven't seen you on at all unfortunately, so cant say if I've had good or bad interactions with you. You seem to have a couple of staff give a +1 which is awesome so they have had positive game time with you ! Your paragraphs are good, not the best but hey you spoke well about yourself and to have the courage to make a staff app is amazing, agreeing with a couple of others here about your hours, maybe be a little more specific ? so to summarize, specify your hours more clearly, increase your reputation/ interactions with myself and maybe others I'm gonna go neutral for now, look to changing these things and it will be a big old +1 from me without a doubt. good luck man !!

Razer, my interactions in the past with you were very hostile and toxic ill say, but thats water under the bridge, you came to me to ask for my referral on your last app, unfortunately it got denied, you waited again and made another, taking in everyones words, and changing what needed to be, youve shown true determination to become staff, yes youve made a comment about "just gonna buying it" if you didnt get accepted, but still you accepted that owned it and said hey putting my hand up and admitting thats me, to agree with alot of people here you should have a chance, you are maturing, understanding and learning, yes you have your mingey moments and no one here can say that they dont, but as people have said you know when to turn it off, calm down, take a step back and mature up. Big +1 Dont let me down, best of luck !

Where to being... ive had plenty of interactions with you, from the first moment you spoke to me, we got on, you acted as if we had been friends for a while, you have a positive attitude, ive seen you on alot recently, your application is strong, selling yourself, about why we should choose you (wish i could accept you myself !) You're a fantastic player, know your rules and the server, some other positive feed back here already, all i can say is.... When can we train you ? HUGE +1

-1 , gave you my referral on the basis that you'd give a strong app, your paragraphs are short and quite alot of filler, needs some strong work on them, you're well kmown by the community for both good and bad reasons, the reason that I gave my referral as well was because of the talk we had and you seemed you wanted staff and wanted to make a good impression, fix the paragraphs, put some more thought into them and im sure i could change this to a +1, Good luck

Firstly, you did fix the problems pointed out by @Zachman which is awesome, and i agree with him as youre only 13, im not to worried about your paragraphs as you are learning, but the issues is your age, it concerns me as you may be immature etc and with this i havent see you around the server so i dont really know you as a player Sorry man but -1 from me

I didnt see this at first as it didnt load on my phone @timmyspoons a little explanation would be great here ? Like dude, im in agreement with @ballparkfrank41 here and to quote your sign "doing random **** so i can get more hours because some greasy admin ****lord says i need more than 80 hours to get his vote for staff, im ****ing pissed", im disappointed that i gave you my reference if this is the reaction you gave when someone just gave you some advice and kinda proves the person you are in all honesty, its changed my decision....

Hey dude, good to see your application, unfortunately for me its NEUTRAL at the moment, you have my referral yes, but reading through your paragraphs and some of the other staff comments i can see that your sort of known in the community and sort of not, maybe increase your reputation, also good to see youre already taking on board whats been said by the other members here who have commented and changed what needs to be, still on the topic of paragraphs, they still seem alittle short, still decent application, maybe change what I've said and increase your rep etc and ill change this to a +1 Good luck man !

Im changing my decision to a -1, after seeing what @aidanpoppas123 your paragraphs are still good but the ban, not the best thing there man, seen people banned for worse but still a ban is a ban.
