Everything you mentioned for exploits/abuse is something for nutter to look at and determine if something can be done to prevent that from happening. Obviously, this won't go far if he can't. +1 good suggestion.

If there was "job data" then granny would be number one on playtime on fisherman by a very significant margin I would assume, she came on from day to night and she only played fisherman. spending alot of time with granny as she was in our clan for some time, her life was coming on gmod and her karaoke nights basically.

+1 I feel like a good middle ground is just the idea that if you attack someone with it and get reported for it, at that moment it gets handled. If the person is bothered by it and doesn't wanna be called slurs, just make a report and we have avenues as staff we can take to let the person know if the behavior against the player continues then the punishment will be severe to prevent it from happening again
