+1 People rarely prestige for points as prestiging past 3 is seen as poinless and a waste of money by a good portion of the community, most just buy points with ingame cash and having to walk around for 3+ weeks for 1 hat isnt grinding as much as it is just a burnout. id love to see this added.

That’s kinda my point though, there is currently no reason to continue prestiging past 3. The points shop changes that, you don’t have to “walk around” or afk to get points when you could instead grind to prestige .

Description: I’m kinda piggy backing off of what jaz said and we should make a COP with like 1k health and an LMG but he is like crouch speed walking.

    	Reasoning: extra classes

Additional Information: level 80 unlocks him

You can Alr get pretty close with full perks, I’m ok with prestige 3

Maybe just the combine elite would be cool, I didn’t really think about player model as I wanted to see what garnet would come up with for that.

I like the idea of it being prestige 3 since I’m pretty sure there’s no unlockable jobs passed prestige 2, also I’m more in favor of 1k than 500 since you can get pretty close to 500 with just perks

    an extra goodie

Yeah, they do not - they're built into GMod itself, the emoticon is reserved for the near future where I add a collection of custom emotes.

When it comes to silkicons you will unfortunately need to memorize those similarly to memorizing default HL2 voiceline commands.

    absolute game changer

Yea, I think this makes a lot of sense actually and I love the idea! Better yet, what if you obtained the hat by simply playing on the SWRP server? If that’s possible then I think that would be great. Perhaps also for MRP and TTT too?

i suggested this a while back and it got shot down sadly

With how sensitive people could be,  this ain’t gonna work out well in my eyes no matter if it’s fun and games.

-1 I just don’t wanna see someone sitting a there base with 1000 HP, sure we can make it rule but for me it kinda ruin’s the idea of a “criminal”

I disagree we already have criminal jobs that cannot base, how would this be any different

-1 I want a class with the fat man model but as a raiding class I think it will be horrible because of it’s slow speed and as base defense way too overpowered because you could sit in a peak at 1k health.

Make it a class that cannot base

I think this would be really cool. However, I don't think this will fix the base camping issue. I think players stay in their base while printing not because they want to constantly collect money from the printers, but because they want to make sure they're at the base when someone raids.

+1  ive been wanting that to come back but they dont for some reason..

I saw proggy talking about it in another forum thread where he seemed to be interested in the model coming back as a new job

  9. Now that we have a chef job, what better time to bring back the fat man? I think we should add the fat player-model back into the game. However, not as staff on duty this time. I think making a job that works in tandem with the chef job, as the fat player model, would be cool. It would also benefit the server to have jobs for higher prestige levels, as once you've passed prestige 2 or 3 there's not much that's new. I think adding this job as a funny little nod to the old staff models would be a fun new addition to the server.
