Major W update. Glad you fixed the annoying bug where I can't lockpick myself out when I'm like DJ or something. Also nice HUD update. Even if some people don't see a difference, I looked closely and admire the differences.

Its how i choose to be, I always been the most brutally honest with people if its dumb. i always bring up why , if you choose to focus on the idea that my comment is rude fine , if the comment makes no sense ill own up to it.
call me a dick , call me rude, call me way too aggressive and a asshole. trust me i used to be worse. but now i just don't reply to things if i don't know to what to say or just not confident with my opinion.
i have 9k hours on gmod and about 65-75% of those hours are on darkrp so in most cases I know what's a solid suggestion and a suggestion that won't happen. trust me im not always looking for something to shit on, a guy like shin always put out good suggestions and i like them.

Its not that hard to come back and apply if you left with a good reputation. Just play for like about a week and actively engage with the community and you'll get accepted surely when you apply.

There comes an issue with what you suggest, and that's how to verify you've joined the forums or teamspeak/discord. How would you ever hook something into TeamSpeak to automatically check if your in it? I think this idea is easier said then done. To verify your in it, you'd have to link a sort of hook from TeamSpeak to steam and from the gmod server to TeamSpeak. The sort of system that would be required are atleast to my knowledge, outside of the realm of possibility for the server.

It's always good to have activities outside of gaming but since you work a lot I can't really blame you for not having any. However, I don't want to see an unhappy staff member and if you don't enjoy your current life situation (your job), then you might just get burned out and even more unhappy in the long term. I haven't seen you on a lot but that won't make me give a -1. For that reason, I am staying neutral until more people give input. I also see you didn't read the staff rules. Fix up this application.

-1, You didn't take time to prepare your application before sending it off. You didn't answer the questions in the correct format, and if you cannot dedicate yourself to an application, how can you dedicate yourself to the staff team? on top of that, your hours are lacking a LOT. get some more playtime in.
