    You literally just got done Prop minging the entirety of spawn with tiny dog props which is way worse than this base, and definetly is bad for new players, every single person in OOC was complaining about you. Not only that but there are multiple people who I dont even base with +1ing this. The only 2 -1's are from people who just don't like us, you have this backwards.

    I believe I've thought pretty critically about this one. Hobo cities and hobo huts already prevent movement in a ton of ways some of the time, 99% of the time a mega base won't even be up because people wont put in the commitment to build one. Just to kinda show this rule being a bit asinine here is a base that is legal as it does not go across the street. Look this rule not being changed obv isn't the end of the world but building is so fucking stale rn I think this would be a nice change of pace. Whether or not this rule is changed I will still be mega-basing from now on tbh.

    You can still swep in every manner, spider man swep works on props so does climb swep as far as obstructing view who really cares, its gmod you get people who put up dogwhistley nazi camps or shitty hobo shacks. The map is like 10+ years old and is getting stale every other base is just the same with minor variations. I don't believe the negatives outweigh the positives, I do appreciate your response though.

Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum] Edit the mega basing rule for Crips/Bloods/Grove to say Mega Bases may not obstruct the street or traffic opposed to Mega bases may not go across the street. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] The Current rule for mega basing states that you can mega base with a leader and 3 gang members in so far as it does not go across the street. This arbitrarily limits the basing opportunity when it is very easy to be able to build sky bridges that connect bases of similar height. There is no harm in having sky bridges that connect bases as they do not obstruct traffic or prevent anyone from doing anything on the server. Additionally there are only 3 gangs so there can only be 3 mega bases up at once so this isn't something that can become a pervasive thing. Additional Information: [Photos/Videos][/CODE] Look this is the base that is making me want to make this suggestion. There is no obstruction and it provides ample space for anyone to build as a hobo or role play in any other way.

  17. The update broke cosmetics for me, I now just see errors for some people Edit. NVM it auto resolved restarting the game.
  18. This does not take out the printer grind I don’t even know how you came to that conclusion, all it does is prevent you from losing xp that you currently are. Going over 120k would not give proportionally more xp collecting one 250k printer should be double 125k.

Suggestion- Currently Printers have a couple of really frustrating interactions with XP that I believe could be fixed with minimal effort. -XP does not carry over to the next level -XP Stops at 120-125k collect. -XP is nontransparent and hard to gauge. I believe that if we allowed XP to carry over as well as changed the XP cap it would improve QOL significantly and help newer players, It sucks to only have 2 printers and every time you collect you are forced to lose xp. It also sucks when you have a lot more than 2 printers and at low levels after a prestige you are forced to collect every few minutes. The last change would just have a visible xp meter that has numbers, I think this would just be another good QOL change as a very analytical person I love min maxing printers and I think it would be nice to see the actual xp amounts. Example Printer xp distribution(fake numbers just proof of concept) Level 1- 100xp Level 2- 200xp Level 3- 400xp Level 4- 800xp Level 5- 1600xp Lets say a printer at 100k gives 2.5k xp- If we collect that printer at level 1 you will be level 4 with 1000/1600xp.

I think black is a little to black but everything else looks so sick.

    Agree with this, I think the players above like 30 tbh would enjoy the change of pace or at least wouldnt hate it. As it is the Arrest time is 2 minutes so an extra couple isn't that bad imo. You could also make it like a prestige 1-2-3 job so that its very limited and something to work towards.

    Idk I think if I was kidnapped Id just meme try to escape etc.. I think it would be a fun mixup, if you level cap it so that new players dont get kidnapped and have like a 5 minute timer I dont see a huge problem with it. Ive never played other DRP servers so im unaware of implementation on other servers but Ill lay out how I imagine it working and being engaging. As the kidnapper role you are given handcuffs or something to drag someone back to your base, the handcuffs have a timer of a minute max, you can then transport someone to your base and put them in your mock jail cell. The cell must have keypads and the kidnapped person must be released from the handcuffs. Max jail time is 5 minutes. Logs could show handcuff time/release as well as advert obviously. Time starts as soon as the kidnapping begins so handcuffs are put on or the advert. The kidnapped person can obviously kill the kidnapper, use of f1 kill would be failrp. As the kidnapped person I imagine you could try to buy your way out, get friends to come break you out, kill the kidnapper etc... If you kill the kidnapper you can freely f1 kill to escape, if the kidnapper has kept you for the duration of the time you can either f1 kill or get escorted out the base. I think you can also add a rule that requires kidnappers to use keypads when kidnapping someone, though the rule of no Fading doors during roleplay would probably cover this anyways. I just react when I disagree with something, I knew your thoughts on this prior and it seems like something you won't ever add so I didn't think it was even worth writing a full write up on how it would work. But that is how in vision it and I think it would be fun personally.
