Admitting to saying the N word was a self report, however, Ethan has provided evidence for a homophobia ban, which you were previously banned for on September of last year. The ban will stay in place however the reasoning for the ban will be updated to a homophobia + racism ban.
I will also remind @EthanWinters to fix his method of capturing evidence.

Confirming my referral. Potato did a great job of following the necessary steps to apply for staff. He also has been quite active in the discord. He’s a good player, and able to be a great staff member given the right discourse.

Despite his age, he is very well behaved. Very aware of the rules, and he hasn’t been autoslain since November 30th. In no way do I see him as problematic and his ingame hours show his dedication to the server.
I like that you mention that you want to staff as a learning experience. I think to apply for staff as a means of having experience for the future isn’t actually that bad of a reason and is a reason that I haven’t seen before.
Great behaviour in game, good application, but there is a little bit of filler in such application.

I figured that since they will be perma propped, blacklisted props (as long as they have default textures such as CS:Source/Gmod material) would be allowed for map making and be unable to be used by the general playerbase. Plus the SWRP submissions also have trees and vehicles also.

Laundromat - 50 PROPS - 1v1 to 3v3A medium sized space focused on dramatic small team action.
There's a wide open space in the middle for sniping intended for all of the DLore goons.
There are many oppourtunities for close range weapons as well.
You can even get on top of the roof as well!
The contained space means that duels could last under a minute!
Garnet Quarry - 50 PROPS - 5v5 to 10v10
A massive map that can hold up to 20 players.
An asymmetrical map that heavily focuses on long range combat.
The map is evenly balanced despite the asymmetrical designs, both high and low grounds are available to snipe your opponents.

This is mostly just cringe and trolling. The one screenshot would be a mute in-game. If there was evidence on who specifically was on the server, a ban could have been put in place. If the player continues to act like this they will be dealt with accordingly.

A pretty horrific remark and quite honestly I would have banned you right then and there personally. You know for a fucking fact that minors do in fact play on the server. So you say that bullshit at 3:39pm EST, and get muted at 3:45pm EST. So you do not get the point through your skull that this is a pedophilic remark, and then you say this:LIKE HOW THE FUCK DO YOU COMPLAIN WHEN YOU SAY SHIT LIKE THIS??? @Ajforest07 is 15 years old, he said that to your face, and you ignored him to make lewd sexual comments about being "up" or "down" which to literally everyone meaning top or bottom.

There’s evidence that is missing here. We’re gonna need the following:
-Screenshots of the FULL logs to make sure Enigma actually did his job as a detective.
-Video of you being TP’d because we cannot confirm whether that is true or not, because those death scenes are long gone by now.
As a regular on the server, you know that T Traps are not KOSable. Enigma was a former manager of this server, so he most likely knew not to KOS either one. The T Trap argument is void.
Moreover, I have Classic Tim added on steam and can see who he is friends with. He is only friends with Enigma, and Superking is not friends with either one of them. Superking will NOT be banned, as he is not affiliated with the other two parties.
Add what is required for an objective, NON-BIASED report on Classic Tim and Enigma. As it stands right now, this looks more like a hitpiece fueled by an agenda towards Enigma, since after all you and him had quite the altercation in the Discord ~1 week ago.
