-1 Reason being is that ive spoken to you all of about 3 times i believe and there's just nothing that stands out about you, i havent really seeing you put yourself out there in support of the community. Going of of what brian said, you have to get to know everyone on the server not just your side. as a staff member it is expected of you to be in good relations with both sides. so my only advice is get to know everyone just a little better, when people bool out in the afghan war room or just normal afghan channel in ts hop in and talk to the guys. thats how people can make a fair judgement on your character.

Ill give this a +1 due to the fact that shes active and actively fixing a faction and shes not absolutely braindead, my only concern which is none of my business tbh but it is a concern is what happened the last time you were staff. i get it work gets in the way trust me i really do. but whats going to change about this time around. Again none of my business but just a concern i had (yes i know i just resigned and that sounds hypocritical especially seeing my lack of activity within the last few weeks of my time in staff.) Regarding what ive seen from chaser, hes actually vastly improved (at least with me) hes doing a good job keeping 11b busy and i really dont have a problem saying +1 with that being said continue to know everyone on the server, continue to make an impact of the server and work hard. I think with the right molding he could make a decent staff member. Dont make me regret giving you a +1 if you get accepted.

So here it is after over 6 months of activity on MRP todays the day that I resign. Im not resigning because i dont like the people or the server. Some of you may know i transferred into the army national guard. It was all fun and cool until this weekend when i found out we are mobilizing this year in support of operation inherent resolve (AKA Iraq) this will be my 3rd trip to the sandbox throughout my military career and i expect it to go pretty smoothly. with a short time frame to work with i want to spend as much time with friends and family as possible. but i will be on the server every now and up until the point of mobilization. Stay Cool, DennisB @eli_ We started on a rocky path when i first got on the server and we didnt really see eye to eye but im glad to say that we worked past our differences and found a common ground. @Mavv_ staying up at night with ya playing all sorts of games had a large impact on my mental health and i thank you for this, ill talk to you later homie @Theos You're British..... jk , i've seen alot of good out of you and a little bad all in all probably the best manager to work under. keep up the good work and good luck. @SirSmity keep up the great work both as a soon to be faction leader and an admin you were my favorite perma prop bitch These are the 4 people that truly had an impact on the way i saw things within the server community and life. i wish all of you all the best of luck with your paths. -1 Reason being is that ive seen how you've acted within the warrant officer ranks and from what i see you're controlling and power hungry. i personally feel that if you were to end up getting Game Master , you'd use it to act better than and control other players. the only advice i can give at this time is to work on your approach with people. I would work with current staff to improve the playing experience for current and future players. I can be on almost everyday excluding IRL Army duties. I can be extremely active and on call no matter what. I am an extremely approachable person and i feel like that would be a good thing for new players and veterans alike. I am also a fair non biased individual , meaning i do not take any sides without proper information and evidence. The second part of this is that I enjoy helping people on the server. I would help SOC/Base factions with their tryouts. I would also swap to the faction that is low on numbers just to make it an even and fair war. I would help GMs with their evens and so forth. I take the jobs very seriously and would put the benefit of the server above my own. I believe that becoming a staff member would be my way to pay back the community for giving me a reason to enjoy gaming again and find something in life to do, other than waiting for my ETS date Moving forward, as a lower staff member i would be there to make life easier for the higher staff as well as taking the load off of the rest of the staff. I also believe that as an older member of the community I might have a different approach to how a sit goes compared to the younger staff. I feel like i could be could at de-escalating hostile situations and keep them from blowing into something they shouldnt turn into.
