looking for a relatively cheap PC prebuilt that can run simple games for like 1500< if possible. Any suggestions or opinions?

1: Any tips for FPS? Its been atrocious.

2. Is there a way to download the addon pack or something? Everytime we do an offworld unless i know the name of the map and go into the workshop and download it myself i can't join.
