Timmy, you're a good guy but this is a -1 from me. First off, let's start with the positives; I see you as a good honest guy, and you're well liked around the community, and have been generally kind as far as I can remember. Aside from this, your application looks quite half assed, a mere two sentences written in your two paragraph minimum section, and you have not read the staff rules clearly. The biggest issue I have with supporting your decision to try for staff is your bans. You've got so many bans. I don't believe you can attribute this many bans to being the "ignorant of rules" kind of dumb, I believe this amount of bans is the "blatant disregard of rules" kind of dumb.

Confirming my referral, I believe enzo is a good candidate for staff, chill guy and knows when maturity is needed and shows it. Staff application looks good, nothing I can pick apart about it, and a great amount of hours.

Like aidan said, there’s no reason to have to go into F4 commands to drop your weapon. And if you want, you can even bind the /drop command and even /makeshipment to turn your gun into a shipment if the need arises. Just make sure if you bind the drop command, please make it a key that’s out of the way, you’d hate to accidentally drop that USAS during a raid. Bind [out-of-the-way key] “say /drop” Bind [out-of-the-way key] “say /makeshipment”

Happy to see your staff app! You're overqualified when it comes to playtime/experience, and I've never EVER had any bad experiences with you. Your staff app is very well written, and the transparency you offer with your previous staff terms is a good sign for those who don't know you. sorry, but -1. Again, it won't be changed anytime soon due to the current prop limits being fine for the server, and raising it will just deteriorate performance, even for GMs exclusively. Alternatively, when you're building for an event you can ask for other players to provide you with props or build things for you.

Just pointing out, I didn’t officially refer you, simply told you how to apply. I’m not calling attention to this out for you to remove it or implying you don’t deserve it-you absolutely do and I would have given it to you as per your request-I just don’t want people to see my referral, and assume I fully evaluated the decision (while I had not known you were going to submit an application) and take that as a major reason to support. I believe I did speak to you about applying a little bit ago, but I still will be nitpicking your application. Can confirm, I spoke with him regarding these bans and checked myself, and his most recent ban was from ten months ago, best case scenario, he was oblivious to the rules back then, they were all separate offenses after all, while the worst case scenario, he was a minge back then and has since straightened his act (like me!). Again, I have spoken with him personally just about an hour ago, and in that experience, he has shown maturity. In the sit I took with him, I pointed out an issue with his base that was at worst a minor offense of failbase, and he quickly corrected the issue in question. This may not seem like much, but it shows he is keen on following the rules, and when pointed out, takes steps to abide by them. All in all, I believe we should give Therapist a chance, +1 from me man, good luck!
