Confirming Referral, +1 biggest weakness is relation to others, but can be worked on with some time

+1, confirming my referral BP has done it all in the past, and I have no doubt in my mind that he will do it all again. Simple as that

-1, overall to many issues with behavior and a troubling past as staff. The GM rank on the server has perms equivalent to T. Admin and with you being removed from Mod, you should not have access to more power/commands. Ignoring what happened with you as staff, this would still be a -1 -Most of your paragraphs/explanations on how you would contribute to RP and being a GM is very generic -iffy/generic events that could use some more explanation or thought put into them. This is a good example ^ -While this is up to personal preference and isn't directly something bad, using famous/real people isn't always a good idea. Simply put, what happens if they die in lore? With your approach of "We'll roll with it", someone dying isn't gonna roll too well

+1, really well deserved You have definitely improved your demeaner over the time you have been playing the server. Initially you were a minge and now you have overcome that, proving yourself to be something of a good leader and helper for those who are new or learning. If other historical minges have improved to the point of getting GM/Staff, you most definitely deserve a shot. Great job improving and learning, good luck!

-1, there are a few key issues with this app -1/2 paragraphs written. Not a good look if you cant write 2 basic paragraphs -Grammar is very weak, a little concerning for someone who is applying for staff if you cant write properly. -No ability to record videos. Just install medal: https://medal.tv/download?start -what? Do you have warns or not, if so state exactly what they are? -Only good thing is that you show commitment, which is a valuable trait to have. Remember that you can still edit your app if needed, have a good day!

+1, after a good amount of time on the community, you finally have made a GM app! Overall I really liked the events, just make sure to consider both sides on the server wide events. If your not sure that both sides will enjoy it, you can always use NPCs instead of real players. Apart from being a referral, good luck Sero!

Confirming the Referral, man is on the grind as a ranger and would most definitely transfer that energy over to staffing. Has a good head on his shoulders and hasn't been in a super notable trouble., which can only be good as staff. Biggest thing, which I already mentioned privately, is his relation with Tali but that can be worked on with time. Hella good luck brother, fat +1.
