Confirming Referral, +1 biggest weakness is relation to others, but can be worked on with some time

+1, confirming my referral BP has done it all in the past, and I have no doubt in my mind that he will do it all again. Simple as that

-1, overall to many issues with behavior and a troubling past as staff. The GM rank on the server has perms equivalent to T. Admin and with you being removed from Mod, you should not have access to more power/commands. Ignoring what happened with you as staff, this would still be a -1 -Most of your paragraphs/explanations on how you would contribute to RP and being a GM is very generic -iffy/generic events that could use some more explanation or thought put into them. This is a good example ^ -While this is up to personal preference and isn't directly something bad, using famous/real people isn't always a good idea. Simply put, what happens if they die in lore? With your approach of "We'll roll with it", someone dying isn't gonna roll too well

+1, really well deserved You have definitely improved your demeaner over the time you have been playing the server. Initially you were a minge and now you have overcome that, proving yourself to be something of a good leader and helper for those who are new or learning. If other historical minges have improved to the point of getting GM/Staff, you most definitely deserve a shot. Great job improving and learning, good luck!

-1, there are a few key issues with this app -1/2 paragraphs written. Not a good look if you cant write 2 basic paragraphs -Grammar is very weak, a little concerning for someone who is applying for staff if you cant write properly. -No ability to record videos. Just install medal: https://medal.tv/download?start -what? Do you have warns or not, if so state exactly what they are? -Only good thing is that you show commitment, which is a valuable trait to have. Remember that you can still edit your app if needed, have a good day!

+1, after a good amount of time on the community, you finally have made a GM app! Overall I really liked the events, just make sure to consider both sides on the server wide events. If your not sure that both sides will enjoy it, you can always use NPCs instead of real players. Apart from being a referral, good luck Sero!

Confirming the Referral, man is on the grind as a ranger and would most definitely transfer that energy over to staffing. Has a good head on his shoulders and hasn't been in a super notable trouble., which can only be good as staff. Biggest thing, which I already mentioned privately, is his relation with Tali but that can be worked on with time. Hella good luck brother, fat +1.

-1, wanting to grow is a great quality to see, but you cant simply ignore that paragraph. In the most respectful way, there is only 1 paragraph that could use some touching up. Your rep in game isn't too bad, just work on fixing up your paragraphs and you'll be in good shape.

-1, while the intention is most definitely there, a little more work should be put in to relay that. Definitely improve the paragraph and you will be fine. Its never too late, edit and improve your paragraphs and who knows what might happen Good luck!

+1, has shown major improvement in game and in other places. While you may have minged as a enlisted, you have most definitely grown which is lovely to see. My biggest concern is that your paragraphs are slightly copy-paste ish.

+1, I helped him out while making the app and saw his commitment to the role, as well as trying to think of well planned events and not rushing. Other than that, you have improved loads since your last Staff apps from a while ago. Good luck brotha!

+1, We've been though some of the ups and downs of the 11A experience, and you have managed to persist. You have shown your ability to lead and help others, which makes you a great fit for the staff team. Your biggest issue is activity, although that is something that can easily be overcome. A few things with your "SOPMOD for Soldier" idea, A. if US soldier gets a better gun, what about the AK on tali fighter? B. If the SOPMOD does get added, it will be the 4th class (Not including the similar M4 203) with the gun. Where is the gun variety? For a BASE FACTION, the AR-15 is a reasonably good gun, especially when compared to the tail AK (Check the Gun Stats spreadsheet for exact stats) I definitely like the Medic WL idea though, +1 for that (Maybe give the shit UMP for Medic???)

Being able to hold a rank/position seems to be a questionable thing with the "Here-Gone-Here-Gone" thing that has happened in the past. You seem to have good intentions for your faction and the server. +1, since you definitely deserves a shot at staff, but don't let that activity dip!

Only good things from this man, +1 With that being said, I will not repeat all of tyrants reasons, just add some things you need to work on that are currently holding you back in general. ( Nothing that isn't unfixable) -Get known more (Apart from tali, its also good that US SOC know your name) -Show more involvement with 11B/A in regards to leadership roles (i.e Doc work, assisting officers, conducting tryouts, ect.) Like I said earlier, all of this can be fixed fairly easily Good luck Dan!
