kos mean if they are raiding and or inside of your building on the walls isn't building, From the basing rules section in Drp rules: KOS lines only apply to interiors. You may only kill someone inside your base if you have a KOS sign placed on the exterior of the building Mega basing isn't allowed unless your a gang member with 3 or more people actively basing as the gang members: Gang Mega basing rules from section in the Drp rules You may mega-base, although it cannot be in or across the street. You need at least 3 or more Crips or Bloodz members to mega-base. You cannot take up more than 3 buildings. Hopefully this helped.

I totally agree on the reasoning the one thing is, is that what happens after the mute then they appeal it gets accepted then they get muted again? will that be a ban or will that be another mute also what will happen after the 2 weeks of the warn will they just get another warn? or a mute?

i dont think there is a set spawn for them i think it is more of a random spawn anywhere on the map
