Timing for stuff shouldn't matter in a ban, as a darkrp staff I'd assume you understand, me talking to someone in game and being racist in voice chat, then getting tped in a sit is bad timing, but should I still be warned for racism in ooc/sit? No, who's to say that a guy having a good time/joking around should get you banned from a server?

Alright, here's my twosense. If it was a aimassist, and or lockware, if you look in the video, there were RU on the hills, even when he "Toggles" he still doesn't instantly kill the person on the hill, as said earlier, what's the point of toggling on and off that fast, and even when locking on, why wouldn't he fire?

+1 I had this done to me and honestly ruined my entire experience. Luckily the people doing it were ban evaders and got permaed but some cases aren't like this and it ruins the player experience

Very good point, staff are meant to help all players and teach them what they did wrong. Flat out punishment without explanition like the racism in ooc warn isn't what staff are meant to do.
