Helping in bad situations. Helping people who are new and learning to the MRP servers which is my main server. Helping in hosting events with GMS. Removing those weirdos minge people no one likes. Removing racist and toxicity from the servers. Helping out with fun mass RDM bans
cuz those are fun of course. Making the server more fun for everyone as a community. Making sure the wars are equal and there is no cheaters or L bozo base campers. Helping out new staff when i become a veteran staff member. All around making it a better and fun community.
I don't know about others, but this application just seems like there is no thought behind it. You didn't even reach the minimum amount of paragraphs that are required for an application to be valid! Maybe grind out some playtime, make a good reputation for yourself in the server, and plan out the application when you reapply. I wish the best of luck to you

I've talked with Arma on multiple occasions due to him being in Green Beret. Very cool personality overall and seems to take major interest within the server.

What happened? (include any proof):There was a 3:30PM war on Sunday, 1/8/2023. The war was issued in factory. Oracle , an SPC with 3 hours at this time, was hitting some crazy clips and flicks.

Reasoning for Suspicion: Not only was I behind the wall when he "flicked" onto me, but also he only hit me for headshots. I didn't think it was that suspect at the time but I clipped it anyways.

Reasoning for Suspicion: As he was entering into OBJ, he had made a jump looking into OBJ (not at me) and he hit the absolute craziest flick I have ever seen hitting all headshots. This is where it was blatant.

Reasoning for Suspicion: Wow. Just wow. This dude must have the absolute maximum hours in gmod being able to hit JUST headshots from that distance. This guy is just CRACKED.
Talked to staff members while this happened, they said they couldn't do anything and said the evidence wasn't enough...
If I'm wrong, I'm wrong... better to be safe than sorry.

What happened? (include any proof): We were doing promotions at separate debrief, and I decided to joke around and change my rank to MSGT. Yumz intervened asked me to change my name alongside 2LT Shwade. However, I was arrested quickly after when told to do so and I couldn't change my name when the command was given. Once I was released from cuffs, I changed my name to "19D man 19D man" as seen in the photo.
Why should your ban be removed?: The rule for Self Promoting is that the 2 day ban occurs after a staff intervening and the rank still persists. As Yumz did tell me to fix my name, I was arrested very quickly by 2LT Shwade and wasn't able to change my name until after I was released. But once released, I changed my name and the rank no longer persisted.-

Based off of this alone, I'll be -1ing your staff application. You seem extremely toxic to me and you have little to no activity within the Afghanistan Side of the server. I have interacted with you several times as a MP and 9 times out of 10, you are toxic during the interaction. An attitude change is needed before you can take the next step and become a staff member.

As the COL of 055, Aspect has good intentions within the server and has been extremely helpful within the time of 055.

+1, Shiesty has shown great interest inside the Gamemaster team. I think that Shiesty could do great while within gamemaster especially with staff experience. Yes, Shiesty has had a back past experience within the permissions of a staff member but I think he has learned from his mistakes and he can come back better than ever!

Yumz is a great officer on Taliban side. He is extremely mature and is always helping out with base faction! I have been in TS with a Yumz quite a few times and he has been such a cool person to talk to. He also is the GOAT at Phasmophobia and is always carrying.

1. Confirming my referral for this Gamemaster Application.2. Stonks has shown dedication to creating events that can be suited for the server. Stonks always asks me if I want to go into his sandboxes to test an event that he has created by himself. I have tested some of his events and they are very engaging and play out to become great endings. Stonks does have a "mingey" behavior but so do I at times. Stonks is one of the more laid back guys on the server and talking with him always makes me laugh!
Really hope the Gamemaster Application goes good for you Stonks as I want to see these events you already have planned put to good use!

I think this has been a long time coming.
York, the BJEN of Taliban, has single handedly carried the entirety of Taliban on his back since he has been made an Officer. The commitment to the server that York has given is insane and myself couldn't imagine giving the same commitment. There are a few cons of this staff application, for example, the RDM x11 warn... I'm just not going to ask about that one lmfao. The paragraphs are extremely "beefy" with good written sentences in both of your paragraphs! You do have no referrals nor any past experiences as staff but, with a little bit of training and good dedication to the server (which you have already shown), you can become a good asset to the staff team!
You have been busting your ass off to help keep Taliban alive, and for that I not only will +1 you, but also thank you for keeping the base faction together. I wish you Good Luck!

Jokes aside, Carlman you have been outstanding with how reformed you have become. You've gone from a pretty terrible reputation to tolerable. As someone that was given a second chance for a staff rank, I think that you are most deserving of the same opportunity I was given.
