  1. +1, a new training should be implemented for new players or friendly fire should just be taken out completely.
  2. In-game name: I am 055th 1stSQ BMI Towelie, ISI SAGT Towelie, and 11B DS PFC Towelie. Age [minimum 15 y/o]: 17 Years Old. Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a microphone?: [YES/NO] Do you have the ability to record Garry's Mod videos?: [YES/NO]Referral(s): None, I am doing this at my own leisure/Past experiences as staff: No modding experience but I am always looking to learn. How do you plan on benefiting our server? I plan on giving my full intent of dedication to this server. This includes giving attention and talking with lower enlisted, guide lower enlisted to the right direction, and help out with any/every problem that I can. One main thing that I would focus on while on the staff team is tryouts. I have watched many tryouts within Taliban and 055th, those tryouts always lead to trainees walking back and forth which leads to someone giving up or someone logging off due to the extreme patience that it's takes. This has led to me asking the tryout proctor if they want me to taxi and 9 times out of 10 they always say yes. To fix this problem I will help out with any tryout that I am on for. This includes helping with teleports, setting jobs, and helping trainees/proctors with questions they have. I am also looking to fix late night problems that happen within the server. A lot of times I'll be on 12 to 1 AM at night and look at the player list and see 1-2 staff on that get bombarded with problems that need fixing within the server. I want to relieve the late night staff of as many problems as possible. This includes taking sits, helping with trainings/tryouts, and controlling open sims to keep the community active. As said before, I am just looking to dedicate my time to this server and help staff out as much as possible.Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details. Never. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: April 24th, 2022 How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I usually will have anywhere from 3pm-1am during weekdays and all day during weekends. Working varies it but my schedule usually stays free for the most part. Extra note: I just want to thank the server for letting me be apart of the community. And I am looking forward to helping it as much as I can.
  3. Pros - Extremely Active within Taliban - Holds Tryouts Hourly - Looking to Help All Taliban Enlisted - All Around Good Person Cons - Nothing, He is all around a great officer and knows how to control the Taliban. Overall, Shiesty is a great candidate and responsible for the position he holds. He is extremely active on the Taliban side and keeps enlisted Taliban engaged within the GMOD server. As apart of the community for the Taliban side, I am excited to see Shiesty progress forward. +1
  4. Yeah mb, I should've credited you. I forgot who suggested it and i was like "y'know what, im gonna put it on forums."
  5. Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum] I am suggesting the addition of Player Model NPCs. This meaning that there is NPCs that show player models such as Taliban soldiers, Army soldiers, and SOC faction player models. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] This addition will have a lot of major benefits. This teaches new PVTs and CSCs the things to identify when looking at an unidentifiable soldier. This stops confusion during war and stops team killing from happening. Adding these NPCs will also help soldiers identify the different SOC faction uniforms. Additional Information: [Photos/Videos][/CODE] Just something to think on: Making the RAC training required to teach and quiz them on the different SOC faction uniforms.

There are many ways to help the Garnet Gaming MRP Server. I am looking to fix some problems and overall help build the community better. This including another staff member that can make quick responses to reports and also adds another staff member that is more active on the Taliban side. I am always active on the MRP server. When I’m active I will make sure to deliver the quickest responses while being on. These responses will not only resolve the issues that was reported, but I will also mentor/teach the person that got reported. This delivering a better outcome on both sides of the report. I can also be a mentor towards the young lower enlisted and maybe even some higher enlisted. I love talking with the community in game and in discord, and I will be more than happy to mentor these inexperienced players into active partakers. The Taliban community is slowly but surely gaining more and more players. This resulting in a higher RDM rate. If we add another staff member on the Taliban side, such as me, the response time would be quicker and if I was around I’d know the story more. Not only are most Taliban staff inactive (unless they are officers leading SOCs). But if staff ever get on, they usually will go into the US side. This making new CSCs and PVTs thinking they can get away with whatever they want. Adding myself into the mix, the lower ranks will see some authority on the Taliban and will rethink their actions. The Taliban is known for all the RDM that happens during war and peacetime. I’m simply here to prevent that. I believe, even though with low experience, that I can help reform and make the Garnet Gaming MRP server a better place. I am simply wanting to make this server a more chill and active environment that looks to help lower enlisted. This includes a staff member that can make quick responses and overall mentor the lower enlisted on what and what not to do and also a more active player that can teach the ropes of the server. Also with making me staff, there will be another Taliban staff member. This making the RDM rates lower and overall improving the experience of joining the Taliban, which most of us want to happen. But then again, that's just a theory. A Taliban theory. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details: I have never been banned or kicked from server. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No previous applications. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Weekdays 3-5 hours and Weekends 5-7 hours.
  7. Description: [description of what you are suggesting, one paragraph minimum] I am suggesting the change of a forced 2 OBJ war from 60 minimum people to 70-80 minimum people (I just want it increased). This meaning that instead of 60 people being in the server at once and a 2 OBJ war is forced instead it will be expanded to 70-80 people for a forced 2 OBJ war to occur. Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] 1) A 2 OBJ war for 60 people is a lot. Especially when there is more people to 1 side aka the US. There was a war happening on the date of 4/22 where a 2 OBJ war was forced because of 60 people being online. Sadly, of those 60 people, 80% were active US soldiers and the other 20% were a mix of active and afk Taliban soldiers. I’m not saying that the Taliban is perfect and it’s not our fault for people AFKing all the time. But when there is only 7 active people in the Taliban side, and we have to split our squad to aim for two OBJs, it is extremely unfair and disheartening for our side. I’m simply requesting a forced 2 OBJ to require 70-80 people. This resulting in either having a better chance at gaining more players before a forced 2 OBJ war takes place. 2) There has been a major map change in the Garnet MRP server. This map change added a map that is around 3x bigger than the original map. This meaning that when a side has far less soldiers than the other, not only do soldiers take more time getting back to OBJ, but they also grow more impatient as they die and the war continues. This resulting in more people going AFK during war and making the war an even bigger landslide. 3) 70-80 people sound a lot for a server. But with the recent surge in popularity for the Garnet MRP, not even 80 people seems impossible. I’m not saying that 2 OBJ ward should only occur when 80 people are on, but it shouldn’t be forced and leave one side trapped in a corner.
  8. I am requesting for the Afghanistan Airforce to be added back into server. This would include a building for the SOC and the addition of helicopters (This wouldn’t have to be added instantly). An addition of an Afghanistan Airforce would result in a bigger fanbase to be introduced. Many CSCs have taken interest and asked if there was an Airforce for the Taliban. I also believe that it will add new strategies and mechanics to the game because the Airforce can help with transportation and air support. Overall resulting in a better server experience which everybody is looking to accomplish. I do not expect for this idea to be taken kindly right away. I just want it to be a thought/idea.
